She didn't even ask what we were looking for, just came at us with a lot of passive aggressive comments about where we parked on the lot. It had spread out in every direction including in to my neighbors yards. There was a lot of it and nothing I could do by myself. Chris came out to look at the situation and give me an estimate. He is the nicest guy and knows all there is to know about bamboo. He and his crew (also very nice guys) worked hard for a couple of days and removed as much as they could find. He gave me follow up instructions for any stragglers that may have escaped detection and said I could call him for any extra assistance as needed. I am fully satisfied with the service they provided and will definitely call them for any future needs.
