It was too far away to tell and we knew we were in the right department and the products were stacked so haphazardly we felt we could look as well as they might, if we could even get one to come over. Her clothes are extremely well designed with hidden pockets, wonderful fabric and great styles. They now also offer running dresses and are constantly working on new models to improve their design. Absolutely love their running skirts!

If you haven't tried Skirt Sports apparel yet- I would most definitely suggest coming in shop. Feel, see, and touch- they're known for their signature pockets built into each running skirt/capri/pant. These pockets are golden- they keep your items hidden but accessible (like those ever-growing smart phones). They also have a handy music port- so your headphones don't dangle awkwardly. Last but definitely not least- the designs! The prints! The colors! They update prints with each season, so stay on the lookout for new and fresh stuff. I will probably always be a brick-n-mortar kinda gal, so having this physical shop will make it that much easier for me to do shopping, try on items in person, and get a real "feel" for things before I make purchases. Since this was my first time doing a boudoir photo shoot I felt the usual nerves. Lanett really helped ease my insecurity. From hand to foot placements, she did an awesome job at guiding me through the entire shoot. I honestly do not think anyone else could have done a better job with this. Walking away from the studio I had a huge smile on my face and was so happy with the experience. A few weeks later, I made an appointment for the photo reveal and picked out the pictures I wanted for my album and digitals. This was very exciting and fun! My album arrived today (about 7 weeks after the shoot) and I am in awe. The photos are absolutely gorgeous! Personally, I have never had a male boudoir photographer and decided to give Mark a try. I recently had surgery and this was my first boudoir shoot after recovery, so this was a special occasion! Booking and completing the online consultation was easy. I had the advantage of already being familiar with boudoir, but for anyone who is hesitant to try for whatever reason, the virtual consult is sure to put your nerves at ease. My first impression of Mark was that he is very professional and respectful. You can tell that his mission is clear and he wants his clients to have full control over what they want out of boudoir. Everything was explained clearly and I was left with zero questions. On the date of the shoot, I was able to find Mark's studio with ease. There is ample parking as it is in a neighborhood, and the unit itself is located in a gated condo community. He came down to greet me. Upon entering the unit, I was greeted by his makeup artist and she got straight to work while Mark went upstairs to give us privacy. Both Mark and the artist made me feel very comfortable and, bonus points -gave me deejay power. The makeup artist was very flexible and didn't ask a slew of questions when I told her that I didn't have any expectations. I don't own a lot of makeup and wearing it is even more rare, so it was a nice change of pace to have someone truly use my face as a canvas. I am super pleased with the results and was able to wear it to dinner that same night! As for the shoot itself, Mark conveyed his instructions well while considering what I wanted from the shoot. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or insecure. He encouraged taking my time and didn't force me to do anything that I didn't want to do or was physically incapable of doing because holy cow -boudoir is a workout. Anyway, it took a little while for photo editing but it was worth the wait! An additional appointment was required for the reveal, and it was very challenging to pick my favorites since Mark did an amazing job. As for payment, Mark was super patient and understanding with me despite a few financual curveballs. Once paid in full, I received my boudoir photos, elegantly displayed in a photo album. The extra goodies (chocolate and a yeti cup) lends a luxurious feel, all packaged in a gift bag. Everything was so well done! I am pleased to report that the entire process from start to finish was effortless, and I highly recommend Dream In Blue Photography!

Last night I attended their first ladies event. While I wasn't able to make it to the 4:30 pm run, I was happy to attend the evening of fun that followed. With my two best gal pals in tow we took in this store and event. Upon walking in the door we were impressed by the large crowd of attendees and jamming' tunes. There was so much to eat and so much to do. For starters there was a sports bra fitting offered by Brooks, a libations table offering champagne, wine, and beer, multiple food stations with a chocolate fountain, cookies, fruits, pot stickers, deviled eggs, chicken, spring rolls, chips and three layer dip, and more. These ladies obviously know how to throw a party. The fun didn't stop there. We enjoyed a fashion show which displayed the hottest running fashion gear and trends followed by a raffle. Now this was no ordinary raffle, they gave out nearly twenty killer prizes. From free sports bras, to special edition tanks, to gift certificates to the store, to Nike bags, every winner was elated. The only strange thing was a group of ladies that somehow amassed a pile of raffle tickets as some of their friends had left the event (they took home about 1/3 of the prizes tho they did spread the tickets among themselves). All fun aside In Motion had a plethora of beautiful running sneakers, clothing, accessories, and hydration supplements. If you fall in love with a product and they don't have the size you are looking for let them know and they'll happily order it for you. There's a lounge with plenty of seating, Eldorado water, and a station of nearly every foam roller and rehab stick you can find. There's also an in house physical therapist and massuese, truly a one stop shop. Definitely check this place out for your running and fitness needs!

Everything I tried on fit amazing and felt amazing, although I know I'm going to want to hand wash everything so that might not be super awesome but, all of the clothes are really well-made and the fabric is just so soft. All of the clothing I picked fit me great and then when I went to the counter to check out the woman gave me discounts on everything because I was buying so much. I still spent well over $200 on clothes but I think that the fabric is going to be really great and I'm going to want to wear the clothing all the time. I didn't buy one, but they have a really really really great selection of utility belts leather and otherwise. Utility belts look really cute and they're really well priced. Overall some of the clothes are a tad bit expensive, but everything is really freely and soft and pretty and all the colors go really really well together so you can mix-and-match almost everything in the store. It's also really cool that they sell individual people's goods and local artists crafts. I will be back here many many many times in the future.

They are organized as one might expect - by gender, season, size. And, as one might expect, there are a fair number of items on the wrong carousels, more than likely by a lazy patron quickly unburdening their hand as they change their mind about something. Unlike most other secondhand stores, this one has a substantial mix of mens items too. I was surprised to find a couple of unique, lightweight sweaters.... and they happened to be 25% off too. On this wknd afternoon the place was busy. There are 4-5 dressing "rooms" (standup spots with curtains that you draw completely around you - kinda nifty if maybe a little vulnerable feeling but I didn't mind). There was often a short line for a dressing room but people tended to move quickly - maybe because of those surround curtains that don't reach all the way to the floor, Lol. Checkout was easy and if I recall, returns are accepted, with receipt, tags, within 7 days, and then only for store credit. Aside: One thing that impressed me also is how the owner/mgr, consistently, and seemingly sincerely, responds to the harshest reviews here. I did observe that most of the negatives centered around sellers... probably something to be expected in this inherently subjective and fickle business.
