We have been driving our 3 children without safety features for weeks now due to this. We've had MULTIPLE appointments made and then cancelled on us. We showed up for MULTIPLE appts to be told they didn't have the part, and they have now no-showed to do it remotely at our home (all these appts were confirmed via auto text). So frustrating considering this is our family vehicle and we are adjusting our work schedules and childcare to accommodate these appts. Getting in touch with someone at the store has been near impossible and communication from the customer service line to store location has been extremely dysfunctional (going back and forth saying they can or can't replace it remotely, that they ordered the part and then saying it hasn't been ordered yet, or telling us they will have the part then they don't).
