My manicure felt extremely rushed, and the final result reflects that. My nails were uneven, the corners were sharp, and even after I mentioned the sharp edges and they were filed again, they still did not look or feel properly finished. My thumb was noticeably uneven, and the cuticle work also felt incomplete. What concerned me even more was the cleanliness. The salon and work areas looked dusty and grimy, the technician's hands did not feel clean, and I did not see the tools being sanitized before they were used on me. That made me uncomfortable, especially in a service where proper hygiene should be a priority. I really think this salon would benefit from slowing down, focusing more on each client, and taking sanitation more seriously. I've had better experiences here in the past, which makes it disappointing to see the quality decline. At this point, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others look around for a salon that prioritizes both quality and cleanliness.

I received a confirmation text for a 12:15 pm check-in so we could be done by 2:30 pm. I think everything is straight here. I get a call the day before saying I need to be there at 10:30 am and that my appointment was moved. Pretty inconvenient when you have your freaking wedding day planned out already. We still made it work. Showed up and we were not greeted. No one was to be found. Waited around for about ten mins and finally got put in chairs for hair. Sarah (who did my hair) was friendly enough. I think she did her best and wanted me to feel good about my hair so thank you. The girl who did my sisters hair (Deja) was obviously less experienced and needed to almost be talked through the whole thing. Even on how to use a bobby pin. We asked for curls and some hair pulled back into twists. Mine was okay but my sister's was curled in some places and straight in others. Also, due to the time being moved up, we had to try and make the look last until 5 pm. Moved on to makeup and waited again for another 15 minutes or so. Finally someone pulls me over and starts. I forget her name but she was friendly enough too. My sister kept waiting for Sydney to come out and start on hers. After probably waiting another 10 mins, she comes out and asks what my sister wants. She said she wanted full makeup and Sydney responds to her with "why don't you just do it yourself". Excuse me?? We came here and made appointments for these services then you tell us to do it ourselves. Needless to say, my sister walked out. Other than Sarah and my makeup girl, the girls that work here are just kinda rude and don't do a very good job. I'm disappointed because it was my wedding day and they made something fun to be super stressful. Also, the pricing is not very clearly listed. They charged me for a wash and dry but we came in with washed and dried hair. Clueless all the way around. Maybe this place works for a regular Tuesday hair trim but DONT come here for your wedding day. Can't say I will return either way.
