She really cares about her clients and the health of their hair - if what you want can damage your hair, she goes over it with you. She is unlike others, who do whatever for money. I did receive a quick reply but it only said "sorry I'm not available" as if I was putting her out. They could have replied, "thank you for your inquiry, not accepting new clients at this time" or "the time frame you provided doesn't work with my schedule, can we see if we can schedule another time?" or basically any sort of kindness at all. Went in and was seen by Victoree for a balayage. The salon itself is beautiful, everything is neatly organized and clean. Chairs are comfortable and staff is very friendly. The interaction between me and my stylist felt organic, she was thorough and asked clarifying questions so that we could achieve what I was looking for.
