Lastly, the school was incredibly supportive when my husband, my daughter's dad, passed away very unexpectedly in November. They immediately put our tuition on hold, reserved our place, sent gifts to our home for my daughter, and helped make it as smooth of a transition as possible when she returned to school 2 months later. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and compassion during such a difficult time. A special shoutout to Ms. Maria and Ms. Re'Shon for being so great with my daughter these last few months.

From the very beginning, the office staff--Mary, Jenifer, Kaitlynn, and Morgan--treated me with such grace, compassion, and kindness. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident that my baby was safe and well cared for. Her teachers, Ms. Euraja Mason and Ms. Makayla Walka, have poured so much love into my daughter that they feel like family. Knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care about her gives me so much peace as a mother. I have three kids, and all of my older children attended Primrose, but enrolling my youngest here was the best decision I could have made. I am so grateful I made the switch--I would never look back. Even after moving all the way to Ahwatukee, I still drive my daughter to this school every single day because I would never want to take her anywhere else. This school has been such a blessing for our family, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their child will not only be safe, but deeply loved.

You all have helped me through so much ( my good days and bad days). You also helped my boy grow into a very confident little man. He is a very smart boy and is proud to share all that g he e has learned at Busy Bees. But, unfortunately, Oct 31, 2024 was my grandsons last day with Busy Bees. It was a sad day for both of us. My boy was confused that he wasn't coming back to his school. My grandson had been attending Busy Bees since he was 16 months old, now he is 4 years old. He learned so much during his time with you and made so many friends. To this day he ask for his best friend. He and his BF were in separable. I know he misses Busy Bees and so do I! Sadly, once we adopted my grandson DES terminated our daycare discount program, which helped me tremendously. I was left on my own to pay daycare expenses at 100%. unfortunately I just could not afford Busy Bee fees. I found a preschool who offered me a scholarship that did help with lower fees. The unfortunate thing is I do not think he is learning nearly as much as he did at Busy Bees. If Busy Bees had a scholarship program that could help low income grandparents like me, who make little money, I would bring him back in a heart beat. Anyone out there who wants to ensure your child is learning and being prepared for next grade level, Busy Bees is the place. Miss you all so much. Hugs, Sylvia B and Elijah H.

I genuinely don't know if we could ever put into words how grateful we are for Spondeo Montessori…read more Our daughter is twice exceptional, or 2E. She is gifted academically, but she also has needs that simply do not fit neatly into a traditional classroom model. Before coming to Spondeo, we were at a gifted school in the Chandler district and were repeatedly told that what she needed most was a gifted environment so she wouldn't be bored. On paper, that made sense. In reality, it was an awful fit for her. What we have learned is that being gifted was never the whole picture. Yes, she needs to be challenged academically, and she absolutely thrives when given the opportunity to move at her own pace. But she also needs an environment that understands her nervous system, gives her room to regulate, and does not demand conformity simply for the sake of making a child fit into a traditional mold. That is where Spondeo has been such a blessing. They see the whole child. They recognize that a student can be incredibly advanced academically while still needing patience, flexibility, movement, choice, sensory support, and a different approach when something feels overwhelming. Instead of treating those needs like obstacles, Spondeo works with them. They meet her where she is and still continue to help her grow. Academically, she is able to flourish. She can work at the level she is capable of without being artificially held back by age or grade expectations. But what means even more to us is that Spondeo understands that education is not just about how quickly a child can read, write, or do math. A child has to feel safe enough to learn. They have to trust the adults around them. They have to be given space to become independent without constantly being forced into compliance. We have seen such a difference in our daughter since coming here. She walks into school independently. She is participating, completing work, building relationships, and finding success again. For some families, those things may sound ordinary. For us, after the school experiences we came from, they are enormous. The communication from her teachers has also been thoughtful, honest, and compassionate. When something is difficult, the conversation is not simply about what she did wrong. They look at what happened, what she needed in that moment, what strategies might help, and how everyone can support her moving forward. That approach has brought our family a level of peace that we did not have before. For a long time, we thought the answer was simply finding a better gifted school. It turns out what our daughter really needed was Montessori. She needed an environment like Spondeo, where her giftedness could be nurtured without sacrificing her emotional well-being, where her differences were understood instead of punished, and where she could be challenged without being forced to conform. Spondeo has been an absolute blessing to our family. Five stars honestly does not feel like enough. We cannot sing their praises loudly enough, and we are incredibly grateful that our daughter found a place where she can finally thrive as the whole child she is.

During a season of complex family dynamics, the staff showed exceptional kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They provided a safe, stable, and deeply nurturing environment where my son was able to thrive during some of the most important early childhood developmental years. The Montessori approach to child-led learning was beautifully implemented. Beyond academics, my son gained incredible life skills... gardening, cleaning, food preparation, understanding personal space, and practicing etiquette. These practical skills built his confidence and independence in ways that extend far beyond the classroom. Today, he is thriving both socially and academically, and I credit so much of that foundation to his time at Spondeo. The director Andrea is one of the most kind, child-centered, and professional women I have ever met. She runs the school exceptionally well and is highly involved in the daily life of the students and teachers. You can truly feel her heart for children in everything the school does. We are so grateful for our time there and would wholeheartedly recommend Spondeo to any family looking for a nurturing, enriching Montessori education.
