Serenity homes also had something else that the others didn't, they are a manufactured home dealer as well as a general contractor. This makes everything much easier when customizing and more importantly the cost, especially when dealing with one contractor instead of multiple. We saved over 30k going with Serenity Homes. Every other dealer up charged for the concrete foundation, whereas it is standard for Serenity homes to include the concrete foundation. Their guys are very professional and went the extra mile with everything. Some parts are the park are well maintained and other parts not as good as they could be, but its more from tenants not doing their part. The price feels even more expensive when you consider the following: - If you need to use the public bathroom and showers, you might want to think twice. Peeling paint and chipping plaster gives one an "eeeeew" feeling. It looks like trash hasn't been emptied, toilets haven't been cleaned in ages. Especially the showers which are absolutely horrible. Pieces of old used soap are everywhere. Best for large RVs that are fully self contained. Not the best for smaller campers need to use the facilities.
