The RV slots are placed kind of roughly, but the services (elec., water) are pretty new and in good shape. No internet, if that is an issue, but I was able to use my cell as a hot-spot, so got what we needed. As we got in later than we'd expected, and there is no 'office' per se, I was lucky enough to meet a gal who steered me to trailer #1, where the on-site manager lived. He took some talking to to figure out what was going on, but he got us fixed up...cash only, no cards or checks....bargain cost. This was probably the quietest place we stayed, so just to drop the RV for a night and out early the next day, it was just fine. I'm glad they were there.

We shopped around…read moreto the usual manufacture home dealers in West Sacramento and Chico but felt felt that Serenity homes had the best floor plans for our needs. Serenity homes also had something else that the others didn't, they are a manufactured home dealer as well as a general contractor. This makes everything much easier when customizing and more importantly the cost, especially when dealing with one contractor instead of multiple. We saved over 30k going with Serenity Homes. Every other dealer up charged for the concrete foundation, whereas it is standard for Serenity homes to include the concrete foundation. Their guys are very professional and went the extra mile with everything. We are very happy with Serenity Homes / Matt Jaeger Construction and think you should seriously consider them when shopping for a new home. Highly Recommended!
