I submitted the email with all the requested information on May 2nd. I contacted Haynes Brothers to confirm they got the email. I was told the email was received and they would need to work to get the window information from their system. It's been roughly 4 weeks later and no further contact from Haynes Brothers. I called back today and there was obviously no follow-up or follow through. Why can't they call back and just tell me they do not want the business vs ghosting me. I am back to waiting for another "call-back".

All I needed was a 10" x 30" piece of new plywood. Sean said he had some materials that they were going to discard but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I offered to purchase the plywood but he graciously declined and said that I could have them at no charge. It's amazing what a small piece of plywood and a 3 foot 2x6 does for someone who is just trying to make something right for an older woman. All thanks to Sean!

Showed them pictures of what I needed and was told it was not an "off the shelf" product but they could make it for me, and the cost was very reasonable. They sent me home with a color palate to select the correct color and I measured again for accuracy based on the feedback from Ricky. Brought in the information and 24 hours later I have the products I needed to complete my project. Great folks, friendly attitude, and solid service.

I was working on a home project, putting a ceiling fan into a location without a light. Needed a…read morebox for a retrofit installation. Not wanting to tear out drywall I wanted a fan box that laps onto the joist. My go to is usually Lowes. While picking up the box I grab some other supplies. I was not able to find what I was looking for. Lowes now has sparsely located some buttons to call for help. Help arrive after a bit of a wait. The associate was "ambushed" by three people as I watched down the aisle. He was polite and very helpful. We found the only box in a box and I was on way. In the parking I decide to open the box to see if it were complete. The box was only usable on the edge of a 2X but my joists have a 3x facing down. The box won't fit. So I went back to customer service and exchanged the box in a box for my $5.68 back. I headed off to Home Depot who had the correct Universal box. Lowe's selection for home retrofit projects is getting limited.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company for interior or exterior doors…read more We spent a significant amount of time detailing exactly what we needed. The salesperson who handled our order clearly did not have the experience required to properly measure, specify, or advise on door selections. He visited our site multiple times to measure and confirm details, and we went over everything thoroughly and very specifically. Despite that, critical information about material variations, sizing differences, and height changes were never disclosed, even when directly relevant to the doors we selected. When the order finally arrived, multiple doors were wrong, sizes were incorrect, and several items were damaged. Instead of taking responsibility, the salesperson attempted to shift the blame onto us--despite the fact that we clearly communicated our requirements and relied on his supposed expertise to ensure they were met. It is not the customer's job to know door construction standards and material tolerances. That is the company's responsibility. The situation required multiple escalations to management. There has been poor communication, ongoing delays, and additional costs on our end to repair and correct issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Weeks later, we are still waiting on replacement doors and resolution. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive. The level of disorganization, lack of accountability, and overall incompetence we encountered was unacceptable. I would highly recommend choosing another company if you want your order handled correctly the first time.
