Then I started going to Budd Lake. The staff there are great. Making appts is so easy and accommodating. I am on my fifth week there. I go three times a week. The place is small and just right. There is everything there to make your recovery go well. The staff really work with you. It is nice because it is a small physical therapy center so there is not a lot of patients there at s time. The staff is supportive and encouraging. I would highly recommend the place for Outpt therapy. Thank you for encouraging me snd helping me get well and stronger!! I had had numerous scans, doctors, dental and orthodontal exams and consults, chiropractors, etc. I had asked every doctor I ever saw and had suffered for years! NJCG- in particular, Xeni- finally gave me the answer and helped me in ways I can't even begin to explain. Dry needling is a miracle. It was instant relief from over a decade of suffering with no explanation as to why. Xeni is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable healthcare providers I've ever known. However I went a week ago with a prescription to treat my arm and they said they would call me for an appointment. A week later nothing. They said they were busy well, if you're too busy to take me at least let me know instead letting me suffer with the pain in my arm and keeping my prescription for a week and I have to go and just come in and retrieve it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! So I came home today called up another place and they were willing to give me an appointment tomorrow, and two more next week. Plus, the receptionist they have today needs an attitude adjustment.

They charged me $20 per visit copay and changed their minds to $30 copay and made me pay for it. They claimed I visited 7 times when it was only 5, forcing me to pay more. They refused to make an appointment for me without insurance approval, causing a huge lapse in therapy, deeming themselves useless, and a big waste of time. To top it all off, the Better Business Bureau at BBB.0rg gives them an F rating. As I skim through some of their reviews, I can see they had the same problem.

The surgery started on schedule and I was in post-Op at the estimated time. Post op went smoothly and I was discharged timely. Everyone was was professional and made the entire experience pleasant (as pleasant as any surgical can be). I would recommend HMC to anyone. My doctor was Dr Gross. The best.

I've watched Hackettstown hospital evolve throughout the years from the 1970's until now…read more It's gone downhill. I'm sorry to be the one to point that out . Personally, in the year 2025, Hackettstown hospital is a great place to go to to die. That's about it. I've had several bad experiences with different nurses there. There is an ICU nurse in particular who I am absolutely horrified is involved in patient care at all. Outside of work, she drinks and drives and has a horrible drinking problem. The hospital should be monitoring her for alcohol use on the job. It's negligent that they just allow her to keep caring for patients. I wouldn't send the worst inmates in the state there, unless they were going there to die.
