If I could give Julie Alongi zero stars I would. I've seen Julie before so this was the second time I met the woman. I got a reading with my parents. When we first walked through the door my father scared her because she did not see him in the doorway as we came in and she said I had a very large, red, angry aura about me. She was apparently so effected by these two things she "had to go into the bathroom and say three hail Mary's". When she started the reading she was extremely cold and clinical pointing at each of us saying you are this, you are that. She spent the most time on me, saying how angry and red my aura is and basically giving me the evil eye. I told her about my boyfriend and showed her a picture, she quickly stated how we're not meant to be together, and that I should break up with him "as soon as possible" and that "he's looking for a sugar mama" WHAT??? She proclaimed I will meet someone by the name of Michael in Spring of 2022 and that we'd have two kids together, a boy and then a girl "and Julie is a nice name for a girl!" (...ok lady) I saw Julie in September of 2021. When the next spring rolled around no Michael appeared. Upon saying that I do not want kids, she said "what about little Julie?!" ---- as if I'd ever name a child after a crazy woman. She said how she works with children who have cancer. She was telling us about the children she worked with, and talked fondly of them so (stupid me) felt comfortable revealing to her that my boyfriend had a daughter who died from cancer. BIG MISTAKE. I received ABSOLUTELY NO sympathy from her. She just stared at me with a stone cold face. It was almost as if she completely despised me when I have not seen this woman in years. She even LAUGHED AT ME saying "you don't know how powerful you are". Well let me tell you something, she's about to find out. She does not have any bedside manner. No warmth. Not empathetic at all (even though she is a self proclaimed Empath which I highly doubt because I actually am an Empath and I would NEVER act this reprehensible to anyone. No matter what their aura says to me). If she is an "Empath" and a "Psychic" than she would've been able to tell that my mother is a codependent my father a raging narcissist. Who are the two worst people for each other but none of this was ever said. I have had issues with both of my parents due to their personal problems. She told this story of how none of her siblings contact their father because he was abusive, but she does stay in contact and is pleasant with him because she forgave him for what he did like she's some holier than thou exalted figure (a "I forgave my abuser so why can't you" kind of thing). I brought my water bottle into her office and left it there by accident so I needed to go back to retrieve it. When I had come back her husband who was also there answered the door and basically shooed me away like he was pissed off at me too! Another thing about her husband, he works as a acupuncturist and his office is across from hers. The whole time we were there she kept her door open so that her husband was privy to everything that was said. Save your time, money, and feelings to go to someone who's actually credible because evidently all of her 50 (!) years of experience have amounted to absolutely NOTHING. read more
