In November I was playing one-on-one basketball at the JCC with my son (pretty dumb, i know - afterall, i'm 72 and he's 25)...and then afterwards i dont know what the hell happened, but my back was in these crazy-ass spasms. I called up a dear medical friend of mine and she strongly recommended this place. She called them up and got me an appointment "that day". I went over to lightport (quite reluctantly, skeptically but hoping for the best) and i must say, i felt a zillion times better immediately upon leaving. john told me exactly what was wrong with my spine and lower muscles (he explained something and a few medical terms but honestly i forgot what he said - i frankly didnt give a damn as long as he knew what he was doing and so long as he made it better!) I went several more times, once a week and now no longer go....all i can say is that this PT-stuff isnt mumble-jumble and John really knows his stuff he helped me and in the future, if i need any PT work i will unhesitately return here
