Each person taught me something different and useful. You can't go wrong with any of the PTs here. They really helped me through a difficult and painful time after I tore my ACL. The acupuncturists are also amazing and I high recommend. Extremely gentle and helped tremendously.

This place is a joke! They hire physical therapists who get…read moretheir license in a Cracker Jack box. Do not go here. They do not take their patients seriously. They do not look at their patient's charts. They will test you and use you as a guinea pig. It's play time for them. I was nearly healed thanks to my amazing chiropractor, who always had to undo the damage these so-called "doctors" would do by telling a person with a disc herniation from a car accident their kooky version of what physical therapy is -- like: walking across the gym floor holding a 20 pound dumbell in one hand and a 5 pound dumbell in another, while walking on my heels!! NOTE, I am petite, only a size 4 and not even 120 pounds! Plus, I had an injury! I was in so much pain, their Director of Operations (DoO), said I'd do better in their West Caldwell facility. (I later realized DoO was not concerned about me, but rather pushing the new West Caldwell facility! I was such a fool for listening to this snake oil salesman!) Anyway husband took a day off work to meet with him. And my husband said, "Just because my wife is in great shape, it doesn't mean she's not in pain." He looked my husband right in the eye and promised my husband that I'd be in good hands in West Caldwell. WRONG! I actually was okay until the PT I was working with went on vacation. Before this, I was 5-days straight absolutely pain free! THEN they paired me with a so-called "doctor" who thought it was okay to bend over and do repetitive squats with my butt sticking out holding a 10 pound weight. And I told her, "MY CHIROPRACTOR SAID NO SQUATS!" She did not listen and insisted it was okay. Her sassy remark was, "You carry groceries, don't you?" So rude and foolish! Uh, ma'am, no, my husband carries my groceries. And when I do carry groceries, I don't do squats with them. DUH! Anyway, after this so called "doctor" (who I looked up and is just a mere prenatal Pilates instructor, not at all a doctor) had me in such horrible pain!! I couldn't sleep that night and was crying in my husband's arms for hours. During the night I sent several emails to express my concern to the director of operations who promised me I'd be in good hands. ALSO NOTE, he said that this "doctor" reviewed my case. She reviewed NOTHING! She blindly made me do squats holding a 10 pound weight when I told her NO. THEN she asks me where the disc herniation was. I said, "Didn't you look at my chart?" She admitted she did not look at my chart. Caught in a lie. The DoO assured me that she read my chart. The owner Jack, sends me an email saying that I was the problem and that I'm stressing out their people. LMAO! Oh, dear, I am so sorry that I expressed I was in pain because your people don't know how to listen or how to read people's charts. THEN my husband called to speak with them directly. And in a cowardly manner, NO ONE got on the phone to speak with my husband. Is this how you treat your patients? Unacceptable. YOU ARE A FAILURE! Go on Google and you will see that other people dislike this place too and give bad reviews. It's one month since that pilates instructor got her paws on me and I'm still not feeling as good as I was beforehand. DO NOT GO HERE! These people are inexperienced and not passionate about their work at all. In fact the "doctor" said the reason she was in physical therapy was because she didn't want to go to medical school. She was also telling me about her divorce, which was unprofessional. I'm a patient -- I do not care about your life, honestly. I tell everyone how bad this place is. Other doctors shake their heads when I explain what happened here. One month later I'm still shaking my head. It's truly baffling. I have many friends in Livingston, West Caldwell, and Little Falls and told them to spread the word, not to go to this facility. It's an epic FAIL!

I honestly hate leaving negative reviews about a business but sometimes it's important because it…read moreallows the business to correct what may be going wrong internally. I decided to use Dr. Kramberg because I was sold on the Regenexx brand. I had been watching Dr. Centeno (from Colorado) on Facebook and thought doing PRP injections into my low back would be the way to go. Read some interesting stuff about it online and apparently it has helped people. I believe it does a better job in the knees, shoulders, and simple joints. The spine has an array of things that can go wrong. The muscles, ligaments, bones, discs, nerves, etc, or all issues that can develop from the spine. I figured getting PRP shots in this area could help. I prepared for the injections by eating a clean (low carb/low sugar) diet one week before. I also was careful not to take any blood thinning drugs or anti-inflammatories. As the day of my injections came closer I was a little nervous but also excited to see if they could help my chronic low back issues. I arrived at 1pm and was called in within 30 minutes for the blood draw. Approximately 35ml was drawn (around 9 viles). I was told it would be around an hour before the injections would happen. Well.....it was about 4hrs before I was called in. When your already very nervous and anxious and then you have to sit around for what feels like forever it is exhausting. When I finally got called in for the injections I was brought downstairs into an area just outside a physical therapy center. I was given a gown to wear and was absolutely freezing. I was so cold I was literally shivering. I waited another 20 minutes before Dr. Kramberg came down with his assistant nurse and started to prepare the injections. He read off my MRI and asked me to lay on my stomach. Not once was I asked where most of my pain was coming from. I figured this was important because maybe they can focus on that area the most. Instead it was as if they were following the Regenexx protocol and were doing the shots in areas they felt necessary. The injections were painful and lasted about 30 minutes. I was happy when it was over but felt a little rushed when it was finished. It took me an hour to get to Wayne, NJ and I spent about 5 hours waiting around. The whole experience was around 8 hours from when I left my house to when I got home. It wasnt cheap either ($2,000). I was also told the price went up to $2,500 but because I came in before the price increase they'd honor the $2000. Well, it's been about 6 weeks since my injections and I've noticed no difference. What really upsets me is I haven't even received a phone call or follow-up to see how I'm doing. You would think this would be protocol with most clinics. I decided to call around to get pricing for another round of injections. I do believe that PRP can be helpful and I did read a 2nd or 3rd round may be necessary. Luckily, I found a clinic near me that also does PRP injections. It's a reputable clinic with incredible reviews and also a respected Doctor. There price was half of Dr. Krambergs. They also told me that I would only wait around 30 minutes for them to spin the blood in the centrifuge and inject it into me. They were astonished I waited over 4hrs for my injections and swore that would never happen. If your thinking about getting PRP injections then definitely research doctors in the area that are experienced with this stuff. I was sold on the "Regenexx" brand but had a subpar experience with this particular clinic. Regenerative medicine clinics are a cash cow. Insurance companies don't cover the stuff so it's all out of pocket. Be VERY careful when choosing someone for this stuff. When your in pain you get desperate. You start thinking irrational and impulsive. I made the mistake of choosing this clinic. I won't make the same mistake the 2nd go around.

What a disappointment. I had been there a couple of times before for the treatment of other…read moreathletic injuries and was happy with their service. This time it was completely different. The first time I went for my current injury, I had to wait for almost a half hour. I was then told that I could come back another day because the DPT was busy. I responded by saying I was there now. I'll wait. When I finally got in to get diagnosed, there were a ton of people in there. The DPT listened to my description of my injury and without even examining me, told me what my injury was. There were so many interruptions at this point I wanted to walk out. But, I stayed to a continuing stream of interruptions during the time on was on the examining table when she finally examined me, almost an hour after I walked in the door. Against my better judgment, I made another appointment. When I showed up for the next appointment, I again had to wait. Again, there were a ton of people there. The assistant PT had no idea what I was supposed to be doing and had to continuously go back and forth to the DPT who was again dealing with multiple people. I just walked out. They couldn't care less about me walking out and canceling all my appointments. Despite its name, this PT place isn't geared to athletic injuries. It is dominated by older people. (There is nothing wrong with that. Just don't advertise that you gear to sports. For example, the DPT clearly wasn't an athlete.) It appears that the service that was once the cornerstone of this place is gone. It seems that it is all about getting as many people in the door as possible (Read: $$$$). Where do I begin? I…read morewas referred to Twin Boro Physical Therapy by my sister, who had a positive experience at the Vauxhall location. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. I sought treatment for a frozen shoulder, bursitis, and tendinitis, hoping to find relief and improve my mobility. Instead, I left most sessions in more pain than when I arrived and saw little improvement in my condition. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of individualized care. Much of the treatment seemed to be directed by physical therapy assistants who simply instructed patients to perform exercises from a printed sheet. The exercises were rarely explained in detail, and I was not given a clear understanding of why I was doing them or how they related to my recovery. Sessions often felt rushed and impersonal, with instructions such as, "Do this for five minutes, then move on to the next exercise." The physical therapist's involvement was generally limited to applying heat or providing a brief massage at the end of the session. As a patient dealing with multiple painful conditions, I expected more hands-on guidance, assessment, and communication throughout my treatment. I also attempted to express my concerns to Nicole, but I did not feel that my feedback was taken seriously. Rather than addressing my discomfort and lack of progress, the focus seemed to be on whether I planned to continue attending therapy. Everyone's experience may be different, but if you are looking for a physical therapy practice that provides personalized attention, detailed explanations, and close patient-provider interaction, this may not be the right fit. Unfortunately, after completing treatment, I am still experiencing significant pain and remain disappointed with the care I received. I sincerely hope the practice considers patient feedback and works to improve the overall treatment experience.
