Unlike other practices that include massage/ultrasound/TENS as part of treatment, the owner/therapist clearly has her own agenda and doesn't want to do anything that creates work for herself. Why pay someone to just put you in a room and watch you exercise? I do that at home for free! The worst part is there is absolutely no empathy for patient discomfort. She barks orders at you like a drill seargant, doesn't care it he causes you pain or pushes you to point of exhaustion, and gets quite nasty when you can't keep up with her demands. Patients, speak up when you get lousy care! There is plenty of competition out there.

They charged me $20 per visit copay and changed their minds to $30 copay and made me pay for it. They claimed I visited 7 times when it was only 5, forcing me to pay more. They refused to make an appointment for me without insurance approval, causing a huge lapse in therapy, deeming themselves useless, and a big waste of time. To top it all off, the Better Business Bureau at BBB.0rg gives them an F rating. As I skim through some of their reviews, I can see they had the same problem.

Personally, in the year 2025, Hackettstown hospital is a great place to go to to die. That's about it. I've had several bad experiences with different nurses there. There is an ICU nurse in particular who I am absolutely horrified is involved in patient care at all. Outside of work, she drinks and drives and has a horrible drinking problem. The hospital should be monitoring her for alcohol use on the job. It's negligent that they just allow her to keep caring for patients. I wouldn't send the worst inmates in the state there, unless they were going there to die.
