Provider never called me. (3 times!) After finally speaking to acupuncturist and being told "someone would call to schedule me" no one called. I kept leaving messages on their voicemail letting the office know no one was calling me. Manager called to apologize and offered free massage. When I went for the massage I explained my cervical condition to massage therapist and told her the muscles would not release, because the issue is neurological. She worked on my neck anyway. Pain was so bad I had tears running down my face. I asked her not to touch the neck anymore as it was too painful. She then began to massage my shoulder area ONLY for the rest of the hour. She never worked on another body part and kept going up my neck. I left in pain and woke up with bad headache from the treatment. Additionally, the front desk staff looked bored and were not overly friendly. The only positives I have is that the manager who called was truly apologetic and I could hear her frustration with her staff not following up with me. The facility is very upscale looking. It's a shame the staff and service do not possess the same quality.

They do not look up when you walk in to say hello and check you in, do not look up when you walk by the desk to checkout, basically make you feel like you're bothering them. I have addressed this to the manager before, they recognized my name when I came in and the manager was right there, the receptionist was attentive at that point, since then it's back to the same. It's unfortunate because it's such a gorgeous peaceful space with great practitioners,I think they're afraid to fire the front desk staff because it's hard to get great people anymore. -please please train them and give them incentives to do better. I was in the hospitality and sales industry for many years and these employees would not make it.

The masseuse bought a basin with warm water to soak my feet. After soaking for about 6-7 minutes, the masseuse dried my feet and began to massage my feet with lotion. The pressure was decent. I was so relaxed and didn't bother to ask for a little more pressure. After the hour was up, I was given a bottle of cold water and I felt so much better when I left. I'll be sure to come on a monthly basis.

I had gone to 3 different practices previously and had been satisfied. But in late November 2021, at age 74, I suffered a terrible fall, sustaining a severe leg injury requiring surgery to repair my very badly torn quadriceps tendon, a truly excruciating injury. It wasn't until I had my first visit at North Jersey PT that I realized there could be so very much of a difference from one PT practice to another. These folks are extraordinary medical practitioners! When I had my preliminary exam and assessment with Carol, the owner, I told her I felt like I'd had a visit with an MD! Of course she is a Doctor of PT. But the difference to me was that suddenly the prior experiences I'd had in PT only qualified in my mind as "Good" versus the feeling with Carol was "Okay, now I'm in the Major Leagues!" Most of my appointments have been with Kim and Polixeni, who are also Doctors of PT, and like Carol they also give me the feeling of, "Wow, you're not my Athletic Trainer. You're my DOCTOR!" The other night I said to Polixeni, "Having you work with me isn't just physical therapy it's MetaPhysical. a total mind, body, spirit healing experience."
