They use hot stones and a hot towel during the session. The area is very clean and when you enter they give you slides to wear when you walk in. They play calming music in the rooms which is nice. On weekdays (mon-thurs) I've been able to walk in and they can take me. Today is Friday and I had to come in at a certain time for them to take me, so it would be smart to call ahead of time and ask if you can walk in or if you need an appointment. Overall, this place is still a solid go-to for me because the massages are consistently incredible and worth it.
