I spent 12 weeks in occupational rehab for a broken shoulder. When I started, I connected with Nadige Joseph and requested she be my therapist for the duration of my PT. My physical therapist, Matt Kester, is knowledgeable and skilled as a practitioner and clinic director, who personifies the perfect balance of professional expertise and personal care and concern. The clinical support staff (with people like Kara, Kurt, Vince, Skyla, and others) is warm, helpful, friendly, and encouraging -- creating a context that makes the hard "work" of physical therapy more pleasant and comfortable. Spent 5 weeks doing occupational therapy primary with Michael Kim & a few times w/Gretchen & they did a fabulous job helping my tennis elbow to heal. Each session, they would start me out with a heating pad for several minutes followed by some stretching, massaging, & using this cool Grafting tool to work the injured area. The rest of the session comprised of various strengthening exercises & then finishing up with the Tens machine w/heat. Both Michael & Gretchen were very helpful & knowledgeable in their work & are fantastic therapists. This is the place to go if you need OT! read more

Too many PT's work on you. No consistency. Therapists are good though and very nice to work with.

The people there are amazing! I needed 2 surgeries on my ankle and they helped me after each one! IDK if I'd be walking well if it wasn't for them! Highly recommend! read more

You walk into the rehab area, and hope someone sees you and then takes temp. They sent me to an area to pick a table, and waited a few minutes while four men were chatting or on computer. No "welcome. Let's get you started, ", or introducing themselves. The Tech just came to me to start exercises. I am supposed to have heat first. Then he asked if my issue was my shoulder. No, it is my neck. Really? I have to tell them what to set me up for? This is not acceptable. A physical therapist came over to discuss symptoms and treatment. He asked about massaging my neck and shoulders. I told me that no one has massaged anything since I started last week. His comment," sometimes people write down things that didn't happen. read more

The physical therapist was great. No complaints there. However, one of the front desk employees was rude. They over book patients (3 to 1). Director (Eric Armstrong) never bothered to call after I had to leave appointment due to lack of social distancing and loud music. Unprofessional atmosphere. Seems to be a lot more socializing than working going on. read more

Best PT place, but they have FOX news on the TV set all day, every day. It can't be avoided. Please, please, please, no politics!!! Why on earth don't they show sporting events or a home improvement channel? Why something so divisive? It's a great PT place, but that turns me off so totally. Honestly, in this day and age, why be so politically charged? It's easy to keep politics out of a PT program. Very disappointing. read more

Hands down the best rehab facility around!! I love this place and the only way I would ever go anywhere else would be if I moved out of the state. From the first day I walked in I felt so taken care of by everyone from the receptionists (Jenn and Gina) to the PT assistants every one of them. All of the physical therapists are so knowledgeable, caring and friendly! A special thank you to Josh for getting me moving again and for giving me the hope, confidence and motivation when I felt at my worst. Everyone works as a team here! Brian Karns is the director so I would like to thank him as well for the amazing group of people that work here. I came to Ivy rehab in so much pain in my knee and with Josh's help my pain level is almost all gone and my strength is returning. read more
