This review is mainly for customer service by phone, not for staff in Hackettstown or radiologists…read more They are now part of the Medical Group of NJ and called ImageCare at Hackettstown. Every time I call, whether it's to return a call from the woman who confirms appts, I think her name was Pam? Or to reschedule or schedule its a very long wait on the phone - today, I've tried 3 times and had to hang up - waited 15 minutes with no one picking up. Yes, that's bad - when there are phone services that will call you back when they are free. Do people spend all day trying to reach someone? How can you get back to the staff when you can't get through? Second is, they have farmed out most of their phone support to India. Difficult to understand them and then they will sometimes give you incorrect prep information or put you hold because THEY have to call the direct office to get the info! That's really bad as well - most times you have questions about preparation for a test and need correct info which can only come from experienced staff that works at the office! I know RAH/ImageCare is growing, but then spend the money on support here in the US!

She takes her time helping you with your issues, scheduling, and care. Dr, Craig Acosta is the best doctor to work with for pain management, finding the root of your issues, and solutions to your pain. He's patient with you, genuinely concern for your pain management, and time. Unlike the Springfield NJ office. The front desk host staff is a nightmare. They have nasty attitudes, very disrespectful, unprofessional, and care nothing about the patients.

It's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when you do, you're usually told they'll call you back -- which rarely happens. I often have to leave multiple voicemails, emails, and texts just to get a response. Most recently, I was unexpectedly charged for a service that has always been included in my office visit fee. This was never communicated in advance. Be sure to ask detailed questions about all potential charges before your appointment to avoid surprises.

And Maritza always greets me with a warm smile at the front desk and sends me off with a cheerful "Have a wonderful day!" I'm being treated for osteoarthritis in my ankle and foot, and I'm currently undergoing focused shockwave therapy -- four sessions in total. After just two treatments, I've already noticed amazing results: I felt immediate pain relief, and my mobility has improved more than I could have hoped. This entire team truly deserves not just five stars, but ten! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for effective, compassionate care. --Diane

Hopefully he will rectify the situation with this staff member who acted this way because unfortunately this reflects poorly on the business. But he was wonderful and caring and it goes a long way!
