I have had difficult surgery involving a combined ankle fracture and a leg fracture. This is my "best" injury yet. After 3 visits I had a problem for the first time. I should have called right away but failed to do so. I finally spoke with Joe and all has been quickly resolved. He is extremely knowledgeable. He always aims for the most professional care. Then I started going to Budd Lake. The staff there are great. Making appts is so easy and accommodating. I am on my fifth week there. I go three times a week. The place is small and just right. There is everything there to make your recovery go well. The staff really work with you. It is nice because it is a small physical therapy center so there is not a lot of patients there at s time. I have to say how disappointed I am with this place. The only reason I am giving them two stars is…read morebecause I have gone to them in the past before they moved into this new building and they were great. They solved my problem. However I went a week ago with a prescription to treat my arm and they said they would call me for an appointment. A week later nothing. They said they were busy well, if you're too busy to take me at least let me know instead letting me suffer with the pain in my arm and keeping my prescription for a week and I have to go and just come in and retrieve it. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! So I came home today called up another place and they were willing to give me an appointment tomorrow, and two more next week. Plus, the receptionist they have today needs an attitude adjustment.
