She had no compassion, judgmental, and did not listen to myself or my mother. She overall just had a disgusting attitude and pushed us to get help somewhere else. We have had nursing for our daughter for 2.5 years now. Previously we were with Maxim and moved 6…read moremonths ago to the Menifee/Murrieta area. The Maxim office here could not take our case as they didn't have enough nursing for their current cases let alone new ones (or so we were told). Premiere took us in right away and within a month or so we had a new nurse who we absolutely love. We are sad but also happy that our beloved nurse is moving on to further her education/license and we are still staying with Premiere as we search for a new nurse. While many agencies don't have any nurses for us to meet or try, Premier has sent us several to try and we are continuing our search with them to find the right one for our home and schedule. The office staff is amazing, kind, helpful, responsive, etc. They know me when I call and make me feel welcomed. I am much happier with Premier than I ever was with Maxim. I also like that Premier has all of their charting on tablets instead of paper charts that took up half a drawer in my house and seemed less organized. Overall, we are very happy.
