I was sent over from the VA.. the va never touched me one time ... this office destroyed my jaw alignment with a bad crown... created an abscess on my jawbone of my lower 19 and now because while I was under her care, she allowed for infection to eat away all of the bone under that tooth and now I have to get it extracted.. if she would have listened to the months of complaints where I asked her to remove the crown the abscess would have never developed... my teeth are misaligned and i have been miserable for the last 6 months. Negligence and no attention to detail... and then made me sign a waiver so she could remove the crown that she should have never put in to begin with the way she did. I havent been able to eat sleep the same and i have been having chronic headaches ever since she put a crown in. I felt More like a cash grab to me.. She took my insurance and worked her magic to get me in. Extremely friendly and understanding person. Once I was in the office, Emelly took my xrays. Emelly was sweet, caring and professional. Even though I inconvenienced them, they all treated me like a long time patient. The dentist I saw was named Chris Matesi. I was very happy with the work he did and the help from Sheila and Emelly. My daughter was good up until the day of the extractions. All that anxiety came flowing back. Dr. Ads' assistant was wonderful. She calmed my daughters nerves. Everything went great. Even had an issue with food getting caught and the office was closed. After a call to the out of office phone number, Dr Ads was able to make arrangements to come in and clean it out. He did not want her to try and do it. 100% would recommend!

When I was told I had to go to an oral surgeon for issues with my 19 year old implant, I figured I'd go to Oramax being that my past experience was good. My appointment was 10/2/25 with Dr. Ads. I had an xray done and the Dr said I needed to have the implant replaced but being that he could tell how shocked and stressed I was about the situation, he recommended meeting with another Dr about possible laser treatment for the issue first. As I was leaving, I asked him if I could still get a quote/estimate for replacing the implant. On Monday 10/6, I called the office to ask if I could have the panoramic x-ray sent to me. Being that this is a big procedure, I just wanted to get a second opinion. I was told that I didn't have a panoramic x-ray, that it was a CT scan. I told her whatever it was that I had last Friday, can I get a copy of that. She said it would have to be put on a disc and picked up after 24 hours. I also told her I was waiting for an estimate and she said I should have that within a few days. On Thursday 10/9 I called to see if the disc was ready for pick up. The women didn't know what I was talking about. She looked at my file and said I had a panoramic x-ray and said it could just be emailed over (OMG, that's what I said the first time and I was told I was wrong). She did email that over. I then told her I was still waiting for an estimate since last week. She connected me to someone in the billing department. The women told me I would need an implant removal, bone graphing and implant replacement. She assured me that she would get me an estimate Friday (the following day, 10/10) morning. On Wednesday 10/15, being that I still had not heard from anyone, I called to leave a message for the dr. The receptionist asked what I was leaving a message regarding and I said I had questions about the implant. She wanted to know what the exact questions were. I told her I wanted to know the urgency to do the procedure and listed off a few more questions. She said fine and that she'd have the Dr call me. It is now Monday 10/20/25 and I have no received a quote OR a call from the Dr!! Very disappointing!!!!! I have read negative comments about the office staff many times but figured since the Dr is the one that does the work and he's always highly recommended, I'd continue to struggle through the difficulty with the staff. There's always a chance they didn't relay the message to him but at this point I'm pretty much done. I'd rather not spend thousands of dollars at a place where I feel disrespected.
