It was well broken up with various stops so it went very well. This lovely hotel was central to everything... Transportation, restaurants, stores (and a mall). Our room was a nice with plenty of space and a good size bathroom. The room comes with robes and slippers for comfort. There is a nice size T.V. but I found watching TV in Europe was very challenging. The only English speaking stations were news. The stay came with a wonderful [very] complete breakfast and the restaurant was operated by a very well known chef. Busy every evening and there was a sister restaurant across the street, No problem, we love Italian food and the restaurant around the corner was visited twice while we walked down the block to yet another Italian restaurant the last evening. We did a fair amount of sightseeing in Prague and the hotel was very centrally located as to make them all walkable. The rooms are nice with duvet covers in and extra pillows. Nice bathrooms and soft pillows! The shower has excellent shower pressure which i love! The breakfast in the morning contains fruits, eggs, protein and baked goods. The cappacino machine is a must!

This boutique hotel is all that it is and more. We were welcomed by drinks (cappuccino for me), while others had champagne. Our rooms weren't ready yet, so they stored our luggage and went exploring. We had two rooms and thankfully they were right next to each other. The rooms were cute and quaint, though a bit small. The design and decor were simple, but it works. Although, the bathroom/shower were all tinted glass and felt a bit weird using the toilet while my partner is showering. I'd wish they had a few more hooks for towels and robes. I do have to say, their toiletries are top notch! I loved the scent of the wash and the lotion. They even offered a lavender spray mist for bed time. Complimentary breakfast for us and it was in this cute indoor/outdoor courtyard. They had a made-to-order menu and then there is a buffet of pastries, fruits, and lighter breakfast items. The service was impeccable and always at your service, very attentive. I used the wellness area a few times for the sauna and steam room. The gym is quite small with a bike, some weights, and perhaps a treadmill? I didn't use it, so I don't remember. The spa room turns on in the evening at 1600hours, unless you ask them to turn it on at a specific time. Their sauna and steam room works extremely well, it's super hot! I had to cool off in the jacuzzi! **Note: EU jacuzzi are cooler, more like warm, than US versions. Overall, loved that we stayed here and had a great time. Also, the train station is about 7 min walk from the hotel!

Room is very clean when we arrived and it's cleaned everyday. The hotel offers money exchange and tours for you to enjoy your trip in Prague for a fair price. Not a bad deal. The breakfast buffet was legit. I loved it. They have different selection on breads, cereals, cold, and hot foods. The dining area is very clean and so fancy. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for my birthday and they gave us a champagne to enjoy for the night. Pretty awesome. We will definitely go back to this hotel! Highly recommended!

I begged for the partial refund, but she rejected. I could not go to the country (my honeymoon) due to additional COVID restriction by Omicron (COVID variant). She said that COVID is already well-known, and you should be aware of it when I booked for the hotel. I was so embarrassed and feel unpleasant. She cut my conversation and asked for any other questions. It means she screw up me.

The hotel is clean, the desk clerks are there 24x7 and are very nice. There are a couple convenience stores nearby as well as crossblub.cz which I highly recommend for you younger folks. You will need transport to old town, but is not far- $10 by Uber and public transit in Prague is wonderful (if you can understand the schedules- which I could not) Rates were approx $35-$65 which is an excellent deal by Prague standards, just be aware you will sacrifice some amenities. It is in Holesovice- an old neighborhood with a lot of young folks, never really sleeps. If you blew your paycheck on the plane ticket, "czech it out". I would likely stay at the Hilton next time, but this place was still a crazy bargain and allowed me to spend my money on a lot of other things.

After a stressful drive from Germany with a carsick 2-year-old, he was so helpful getting everything up to the room and helped keep the kids calm. We had the good fortune to have him on checkout day, as well. He always radiated positivity, as did the other porter/concierge staff. The daily breakfast buffet was incredible. Tons of delicious (free) made-to-order options and regular buffet items. So many Christmas market and other cultural attractions to see within walking distance. Just wish we could have visited the spa. Maybe when we don't bring the kids, next time.

There is only one word that can describe The Grand Mark Prague Hotel and its staff: Flawless…read more My wife and I have traveled through Europe, Mexico and the states multiple times and have stayed at five star hotels such as Ritz, Fairmont, Four Seasons, SLS, JW Marriott, etc. This was our first time staying at an LHW affiliated hotel. We booked a Grand Deluxe Suite through AMEX Platinum travel for 10 nights and we were extremely impressed with the suite, quality of the furniture, and its amenities, everything was perfect. The cleanliness of this hotel is truly unbelievable. I tried my hardest to find any dust, but it was impeccable. The breakfast buffet, the made to order breakfast, and other food are also exceptional. And the staff are superlative: they are super professional, helpful and friendly. Overall, this is the best experience we have ever had with a hotel staff. We got to know them by first name. Bilal is the most professional and friendly hotel porter we have ever dealt with. In addition to the concierge, Bilal was very knowledgeable about the local events, provided excellent recommendations and helped us with local transportation. He spoke six languages (and here I was, proud of myself for speaking three), I would say Bilal worths his weight in gold. And on top of that, Olexandra, Clara and Andrea at the reception desk attended to every need we had. Our breakfast and the Spa staff also provided outstanding service, I recall Treza and Lucy; however, there were several others that we really appreciated their service. We had such a great experience that my wife, for the first time ever, wrote a thank you letter and handed it to the manager. And finally, the location is perfect. It is far enough from the crowd, yet only a 10-minute walk from the old town and 20-minute walk from the river. Getting around is also super easy, and there are at least five great restaurants within 50 feet from the hotel. You can also use Uber, Bolt (less expensive than Uber) or the metro system to get around. We mostly used Bolt and tried the metro system once just to experience it. The metro system was very efficient and clean. Overall, it was simply an exceptional experience in all ways.
