We were fine not buying the item. The problem was with the thin brown curly haired lady. The other worker explained what had happened and that it wasn't meant to be out for sale. This other lady jumps in, "This Items Is NOT Forsale" in a very snarky rude manner. Later on we went to check out and she scanned our items and gave us our change and went back to her conversation with the other worker about fixing the light up front. No, How was everything? Have a nice day. No thank you for shopping, come again. I did not have a pleasant experience shopping here. Items were all over the place. Trying to find a matching set? Oh, well you'll find all three separated across the store on multiple shelves. If you want to be spoken to rudely and then ignored. I'd say shop here all day.

When we arrived there was a barn and we entered and Amy greeted us. She was so sweet and joyful. She showed us around and sorry I can't remember the mens names who drove a wagon out to the the fir tree section we wanted. My husband picked it out while I shopped their amazing barn. I had shopping bags of unique gifts for everyone on my list! Then they offered warm apple cider (delicious). The young men helped tie and wrap our tree. They were all so kind to us. Felt like family. Oh, and of course we had to use the bathroom before we drove our long ride home. Next year we will go with our kids and grandkids and make it our new tradition. The pic doesn't do the tree justice. It's a 10 ft beautiful Frazier Fir tree and it fills the room with a wonderful fresh pine scent. God bless them all. Merry Christmas

I called them to get an estimate on some landscaping and work I needed done in my yard and driveway. It took them 2 weeks to come out and look at my property. Then after not hearing from them for another week, we called to ask for the estimate. They told us to come to the nursery. We drove up to the nursery and were told they didn't have the price yet for the pavers we needed. At that point, I already knew I wasn't going to hire them. I asked them to give me an estimate for the labor and they weren't quite sure. Why waste my time in coming to the nursery if you can't tell me anything? That's not professional. Finally, after a month, we were told it would cost $1,300.00 for the labor and pavers. By then, I had gotten a quote from someone else which charged me $900.00 for same.
