I have also noticed that things have gotten pretty pricey in the last year. There is a man that works there, I think he may be the manager, that is very rude. I have negotiated on prices in the past when buying furniture pieces and he acted like I was asking him to buy it for me. I understand the goal is to make as much money as possible to not only sustain the store but the charity as well, but that doesn't mean that you treat people so bad that they choose not to come back. I would have only given one star but the other people that work there are very nice and the store is a great resource for people and I would hate to know that one person's bad attitude would cause people not to shop there.

Brought them home and they didn't fit. Went to return them and they said they can't return shoes. Says right on the receipt, they DO NOT accept returns on furniture or electrical. Nothing in regards to shoes. I asked, where is this posted? They said on their sign. Well, I guess I've should have read the sign....SMH. It should be on the receipt like the other non-returnable items. I guess I'm just wondering why they won't return shoes? I guess I should have asked. They will take back clothing, hats, coats, toys, glassware, etc...but not shoes.
