He showed up in person and did not leave until I was satisfied with the job. I was sore tempted to knock off a star for the undesired rigamarole, but Jeff is a man of integrity, and that would not have been fair.

First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under.

Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. We found Valley Roofing via one of their customers in Salem, a guy in the trades whose company built out our library shelves - a very particular guy who gave Valley roofing a rave recommendation. From start to finish, Joe Johnson at Valley Roofing followed up, was attentive to our questions, gave addresses to see their work, and, yes, one of the crew accidentally cracked a window and Valley promptly paid the glass folks to fix it. Their quote was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive and we're pleased with what we got for the dollar. The Certainteed Presidential TL shingles we chose aren't so easy to install, but Marco and the Crew did a great job with them. They replaced skylights & vents, and dealt with tricky angles. Our neighbors come by and remark at how great the house looks, including one neighbor who himself replaced roofs some years ago. Our roof is steep and huge in relation to the square footage of the house, but the Crew and the Certainteed delivery team handled materials without a hitch. When we asked for a little more attention to daily cleanup while they removed our old, rotting shingles, the Valley Crew stepped right up to the task. If Valley had some issues five and six years ago, per some less flattering reviews, then they have learned from them. Our experience of this company is outstanding. My husband spoke with "the boss" while he was at work saying he'd clean the roof for $300. When he did as speak with the guy he asked for an extension cord, but when he asked for a workforce was told they will do that when they are done. My husband thought it was for a power washer or some sort, but it was for a jackhammer. They destroyed my walkway against the house and caused the brick facade to crumble into our yard.When my husband asked what they were doing, they were trying to figure out why the sidewalk was cracked (nevermind the big tree with roots sticking out of the lawn). My husband stopped them before they did anymore damage. They are now asking for $17,500 to repair and want $300 for the roof that wasn't cleaned.
