At first, I gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been accidental or that I wasn't seen. However, after briefly speaking with Nate, it became clear the associate was in a noticeably hostile mood. This isn't just a customer service issue, it's a safety concern. I should be able to move through the store without feeling rushed, dismissed, or physically pushed aside. I would strongly encourage addressing this directly with the associate to ensure a safer and more respectful environment for everyone.

Talk about a HOME RUN! The Deli staff was incredibly helpful and had them artistically arranged. The fruit was firm, fresh and well proportioned. A hearty shout-out to Eric, who took the time to check the back of the store to see if he could find an item which I needed to get the "But One get One for 50% off deal. He was super friendly and very eager to help me. What a nice man...and he found the item I was looking for! Checking out was also quite an enjoyable experience. Brittany was as friendly as they come and very upbeat during the entire checkout process. Her constant smile was quite infectious! As I was leaving the store I happened to run into the store manager, Janelle. I told her what a positive experience I had that day and how helpful her employees were. She clearly was, not only proud of her employees, but was also very proud of her store. She was very engaging during our conversation; hence I asked her to write down the names of the (previously mentioned) employees so I could give them an online shout-out!
