After 4 months I took it for an oil change and there is a major oil leak and the air conditioning is not blowing cold air. These are all issues that I addressed with them and was told never to f....ing call there again. They kept the warranty money after I cancelled it, they charged me $3,000 more than they quoted me. They are rude, disrespectful, and scammers. Run from this dealership and spread the word. They wouldn't take the car back when I called the very next day to return it after the drive home.

I replied to the thread by asking for 3 things: the vehicle's carfax, the invoice with info on the car and an itemized list of the out the door price. All things I ask for before I step foot in a dealership. Edwin stated that he cannot give me a price over text... wrong... he wouldn't do it. Stay away from these kinds of dealerships that are not transparent. I then asked for a manager to contact me... he replied with the dealership's number and said to ask for Edwin... he's a sales rep, not a manager. When I told him HE was Edwin, crickets... like I said, stay away from non-transparent dealers. UPDATE: He did eventually reply and confirmed he was Edwin folled up with, "Tell you what. Bring me all those breakdown prices after shopping around and let see what I can do for you". A GOOD dealership doesn't do this. They provide the seller with clear, transparent information and if they have the best price and a TRUSTWORTHY sales team, they get the sale. I have a 789 credit score, preapproved through my credit union... I am ready to go with a GOOD dealer... not this one.

The engine light came on less than 10 hours of driving the vehicle loss of cooling thank God I popped the hood and check. I will have below the engine due to low cooling. It had two bad cooling leak. On top of that when the engine light came on the vehicle start running roughly wouldn't stay running and wouldn't start up first start no more and the steering wheel start getting stuck at the 45 to 50 miles. Then then the second day I start the vehicle and start smoking real bad out the tail pipe And the sad part about it. I only had the vehicle for 25 days minus the first week they had a vehicle for a week then the second week I didn't drive it so basically two weeks I didn't drive the vehicle one week. They had a vehicle and the second week. I didn't drive the vehicle I had it. It put me in my life Family in danger, jeopardy especially my newborn very disappointing and haven't fixed the problem yet. Basically drove vehicle for two weeks with problems. I think it could be a blown head gasket as well. Cost me $2000 worth of engine damages. And top of that I was still paying car insurance for four months cost me like $1400. So you do the math I took a total loss with a vehicle plus paying car note and that's cost me $1,960. Plus a $3,800 down payment. I forgot to post the other paperwork saying I was running off five cylinders. Instead of six

The dealership failed to renew my tag as I requested. When I received the new registration, I had 6 working days before it expired. I called several times, attempting to get the finance manager to correct his error. He refused to tale my calls and call me back. I left messages with sales managers and the general sales manager.... crickets. This dealership doesn't care one bit about its customers. Once you sign and leave, they forget about you. Stay away! I made an appointment with Chris at the front desk and he was very kind and accommodating. My favorite mechanic is Eddie V. He's the best of the best and I highly recommend you book with him. He knows the ins and outs and he's very good at what he does. I love that he's straightforward too because we all know mechanics find other things wrong. But, Eddie is passionate and compassionate. No swindling here and you are in perfect hands! All in all, he fixed my tire pressure light in under an hour and I left a very happy customer!
