The mechanic found many issues that needed to be fixed. Nick at Verena denied that these issues exist. Even after giving documentation in writing of the issues that need to be resolved from the mechanic, the mechanic at verena denied that anything was wrong. He even went as far to tell me that even though the sensor code was coming up for the airbag that he was confident and saying that nothing was wrong with the airbag, knowing very well that the only way to diagnose it properly is by having Hyundai/Kia plug it into their computer system to see what the remedy is. I worked with the sales person Julie she's absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, she's not working for the most reputable honest dealership. I highly recommend Danny's Auto in Safety Harbor when you're a customer, they don't charge you to diagnose. He is a non biased great mechanic that has nothing to gain from the transaction. He went above and beyond, and thankfully, for him, we will not be stuck with a lemon. Now I assure you that there's going be a response to this review just like they always do and it's going to be completely unsupported with facts. This is our fifth vehicle purchase from Ferman Mini. Did you know they can sell any car in Ferman Inventory? In fact this is the 2nd purchase of ours from them that was not a Mini Cooper. How, you ask? People trade in all manner of vehicles, from Porsche, McLaren, Alfa Romeo's to Honda Civics. Fords and Chevys. Some are nearly brand new like ours. A 2025 Chevy RS, AWD Twin Motor, All Electric Vehicle with less than 16,000 miles on it. How it started. We recently received news our family would be increasing, and we are becoming grandparents. To accommodate this one of our 5 Mini Coopers had to become a safe baby capable SUV. We wanted a hybrid or electric. The conversation started with an Alfa Remeo, it was low mileage and a Hybrid. Carly found it on their website & thought it was pretty. Ryan pulled the car fax, he was very honest with us that's not the car you want. I have a lower mileage 2025 Chevy Blazer we took in on trade. He welcomed us to test drive both vehicles. We have traveled the country in vehicles Ryan has sold us. So when he said I have a better option, we took him at his word. We came in test drove the Chevy, I didn't even look at the Alfa. Ryan went as far as giving Carly great information on cost of ownership, maintaining charge, and 220 vs 110 charging. I am a paramedic by career and mechanic by curiosity. I do 90% of all our vehicle maintenance. I wasn't thrilled with the prospect of an Italian car, Italian parts, Italian specialty tools and new diagnostic computers. Thank you Ryan for knowing this about me. The all wheel drive, twin motor, all electric vehicle has nothing for me to do, No oil changes, Likely brakes and rotors will never need changed. A Great experience with the Finance office, he used our file from our 4 previous purchases, to streamline the process. No sales pitches, no fluff just the necessities.
