I understand that Max I's policy is to not give prices up front and I walked out of the store without any estimate when I dropped the clothes off. I do understand that you have to specifically ask for an estimate if you want one, but it totally slipped my mind since I'm accustomed to my prior dry cleaners giving estimates without being asked. I was a bit taken aback when it was close to $70 to clean two blouses and two dresses (no stains, didn't request anything special or out of the ordinary). And when I paid that much and then noticed one of the dresses was wrinkled (see photo) when I got home, I wasn't ecstatic. While I am aware that they have a satisfaction guarantee, I'm not sure when I'll be able to make it back in to address this.
