Do not go here unless you have a ton of quarters on hand and time to waste - I tried just now with my card for around fifteen minutes on four different dryers PLUS the machine that you can normally use to add funds, but they WOULD NOT WORK even when two employees tried. Several times I had issues with the dryers and had to restart etc losing money even had to move dryers. As for customer service it sucked I came in first time and tried to ask questions and get assistance. I obviously was having issues and instead of offering help or attempting to make sure I knew my way around the machines etc I was left to figure it out never again I will go somewhere else the App and QR readers are a joke. Someone told me this was the best place in town what a Joke I had a better experience with the Laundry Room next to the DMV on North 30th. If you spend 50$ u expect to at least leave with your laundry done I finally left out of frustration and my laundry wasn't dry had to go across town and do it costing even more money. read more

Definitely prefer this Wash World location over the one on N. 108th St. And compared to other laundromats, well this one is one of the nicest I've been. The staff was friendly and always busy keeping the place clean and sanitary. Although, I did get a large whiff of clorox when I was folding my laundry the other day, which wasn't the most pleasant. (An employee was spraying bleach to clean doors). Anyways! It's not too busy during the morning weekdays which I like, and the facility itself isn't so overloaded with wash orders (like on N. 108th street) that there are no large capacity washers available (9 loads and 6 loads). I was able to use one of the 6 load machines which was useful because I did ALL my clothes and bedding at once. At one point, I needed change for a $20, and I was able to get a 3 $5 bills and 5 $1 from the cashier so I wouldn't have to turn an entire $20 into quarters. Which was really nice. They also have a quarter machine for all your quarter needs, $1, $5, $20, $50 accepted (although I don't know why you would change $50 into quarters)-- there's no fee for this, just straight exchange. $1 gets you four quarters and so on. I used the pickup laundry service from wash world. It's a great idea and service, since my washer and dryer has both broken and I wasn't taking kids to a laundromat. I spent $180 to have my laundry done and it came back not clean. In fact, they hadn't washed most of the clothes and set in a bunch of stains. I have no idea what they did to my clothes but omg. Pants came back with caked on dirt, shirts came back with pizza sauce and I literally scraped off other foods. They didn't wash anything and my clothes were ruined. I had to throw them away and go buy new clothes. In theory, the pickup service is great. If only they washed your clothes while they were at it. read more

We used this facility instead of our hotel's too-expensive pay by the item laundry service. We showed up on a Tuesday afternoon, and there were plenty of machines available. The space was well-lit and inviting. The staff is helpful - as we were loading our laundry into a 5-load washer, an employee eyeballed our laundry and recommended we save money by using a 2-load washer instead. Her suggestion worked beautifully. Both the washer and dryer were super fast as well. read more

Get back to Omaha frequently and this place is awesome for dropping off laundry. They charge by the pound and are not expensive. Do a great job and usually turn the load cleaned, folded and bundled in about 3 hours. Cannot beat the service, quality and price! A keeper. read more

My wife went to the Q Street location while we were visiting in Papillion. She was quite impressed with the helpfulness of the employees, cleanliness of the laundromat, and the ability to use a credit card to pay at the machines, while still having a change machine available if it was needed. There's a variety of machine sizes and costs ($2.50 being the least expensive washer). The women's bathroom was beautiful too! Top notch laundromat! read more

Rainey is the absolute most disrespectful associate I have ever seen at the 96th Q location. We've been coming to this location for many years and to see this type of behavior and lack of professionalism is very disturbing. There is no need to dust the top of the washers when they are people removing their clothes from the washers being dusted. It is a task that need completion, but not at that exact moment. The argumentative nature of this associate and complete disregard for the personal space and respect for others is unexcusable. read more

I will give the place props for being a clean facility. They do a sale on their machines on Wednesday's. They have a loyalty program. My main gripe about this place is the employees. Every time I drive down Q Street past this location, I see a myriad of people standing outside smoking. I have been to this particular location once, and yes MOST of the employees stand right outside the main entrance and smoke. I don't smoke, I think smoking is a disgusting habit and I don't want my newly cleaned clothes to even have the faintest smell of smoke. I am also allergic to the smoke so when I came here, I got a horrible headache that lasted all day. There were also some customers smoking right outside the main entrance. I realize that the company can't stop the customers from doing it, but would it really be that bad for the employees to walk to the side of the building to smoke? For some reason, the main entrance door was slightly open, so that means even if you are inside the building and people are smoking outside, you will definitely smell it. My first and last time I was ever at this location, I signed up for their loyalty program. The employee was nice enough and she asked me how many loads of laundry I was doing. I had a large amount of clothes (probably 15 loads worth) and she told me that I should use their biggest washer which is $8.75 for a wash (only on Wednesdays), as It holds a large amount of loads. There are 2 of this particular machine at this location and one was being used. She showed me how to work it and then I thanked her for showing it to me and suggesting that I use that one and went out to get the rest of my clothes from my car. When I come back in, I see the employee filling up the large washer she just suggested I use with dirty rags and mops. Are you freaking kidding me?! Who the hell does that?! She literally suggested that I use THAT washer and then sneakily puts her shit in it while I am getting the rest of my clothes? At that point, I was beyond pissed off. It was probably 7 in the evening at that point and they close around 9:30. It's like she realized that she needed to get those things cleaned as part of her nightly requirements and then completely screwed over the customer! Total bitch move on her part. If all my clothes hadn't already been brought in, I would have called her out on her bitch move and left. So instead of spending $8.75 for their largest machine, and I think $5.75 for the next size, I had use 4 of the $5.75 machines for my washes. As if that wasn't enough, as I was taking my clothes out of dryer she said "excuse me" so she could clean out the lint from underneath the dryer. SERIOUSLY?! She couldn't wait the extra minute for me to get all my clothes out of the dryer? I will never go to a Wash World laundromat again. I will say though, this place is really clean. Probably the cleanest laundromat I've ever seen, which is why I gave it 2 stars. read more

We love Wash World. We live nearby in an apartment and after someone stole our laundry and soap and everything form our apartment wash room we decided it was time to check out Wash World. The washers are 500% better than the ones at our apartment, .50 cheaper per load, and about a time and a half faster. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and the wifi is free, and the laundry isn't stolen. It doesn't get better. read more

This is the new location with all of the new machines. The new machines are nice but the staff at the previous location was much better. I have always used the coupons on my grocery receipts in addition to belonging to the Wash Club that they advertise. The Wash Club sets them above all other laundromats in Omaha in their own words because NO one else apparently offers free washes after a certain number have been paid for. However, the owner told me yesterday that they deduct points from your Wash Card everytime you use a coupon. This is a new development because the staff at the old location did not do this. About once a month, I would receive my free wash from the wash card in addition to the coupon savings. The new staff stand around outside and smoke with the patrons most of the 2 hours I am usually in the store. They are NOT friendly at all. The old location had security cameras but the new location does not. My friend got a load of laundry stolen from a machine and they staff said she was out of luck. I am moving in 2 months to a new place with a laundry room in the unit so my laundromat days are nearly over which makes me happy. I will no longer have to put up with RUDE staff, kids running around everywhere, and a business who penalizes their patrons for using coupons they have printed on grocery receipts in an effort to bring in more business. read more

Nice clean roomy place. You can do your laundry yourself or they will do it for you. I had some large washable items that would not fit in my regular washer. I dropped them off at Wash World and they had them ready for me the next day. They came out clean, dry, fresh smelling, and nicely folded in plastic bags. Well worth the reasonable cost, considering my time and what it would cost to use the large capacity machines or for dry cleaning. I did have to pay in advance. Helpful attendants on duty.
