I spent some time researching so I knew exactly what I wanted before I set up appointments with salesmen. When they gave me their bids I wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. Cole Pence, the sales consultant for Five Star Bath Solutions, Duncanville,Tx. gave a very thorough presentation, and was a good representative for the company. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. He is the reason I chose Five Star Bath Solutions. On the day of installation Eduardo and his crew got here at 9 AM and were finished by 5 PM. They did a fantastic job. I am VERY happy with the results ! Attached is before and after pictures. I did not want a shower door. I give this company 5 stars.

The best part was our installers. John's team was great beyond our expectations. My husband is a retired contractor and very picky. Their workmanship and quality were superb. The one draw back we experienced was supply issues. It took 3 days for the initial install and in fact we are still waiting for the shower door to come in. All through these supply issues the install team stayed upbeat and kept us informed with where we were. In fact, my husband let them know he only wanted the same team back to install the door. Thank you for the best installers. Ask for John's team thats why we are giving the 5 stars!

BEWARE!! Do not give this company your business. Please, I beg of you. We hired TEXGEN, owned by…read moreEsteban, for a major home renovation that was supposed to begin in March and be completed by June. It's now October, and the job was never finished. Esteban walked away after being paid nearly $70,000, leaving behind poor workmanship, damage, and incomplete work. From the start, he promised professional, high-quality results and claimed he could do better than our previous handyman. Instead, it quickly became clear he was in over his head and did not understand the full steps of a complete full home remodel. As the project dragged on, I found myself having to check in constantly and even advise him on how to get the work done, which is absurd for a licensed contractor. The list of issues is long: Paint job never completed in bedrooms and on cabinets Overspray on cabinets and our newly stained concrete floors (which we had to pay out of pocket to clean) Damaged drywall and poorly done texture LUMPY AND CROOKED WALLS throughout the home Damaged gutters Terrible grout work and poor Schluter trim installation in every bathroom New flooring installed over weak structural areas he promised to repair--but didn't Esteban later admitted he underbid the project and then stopped responding to calls and messages, leaving us stranded. We moved here from Connecticut hoping for help restoring our home after a flood, but instead were left with even more damage and stress. TEXGEN cannot be trusted. Esteban lacks the skill, professionalism, and accountability to manage or complete a full remodel. Hiring him has been an expensive, exhausting, and deeply disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. We hired him because we saw glowing reviews but are shocked to have experienced this situation. Those reviews cannot be real at this point. He'll be hearing from us soon again. We have reached out to him several times to which he did not reply. Tell me - from the pictures, would anyone be proud of this work? This is a DIYer skill at best and even most DIYers would be ashamed. This is how Esteban chose to leave our home. The nights of crying and frustration after realizing that someone can take your money and do this. ALL FUTURE HOMEOWNERS: BEWARE!!! Seriously - do not give this company your business. Till this day, this company has only written this false reply to my review but has not reached out in anyway to make it right because they know they are wrong. Esteban and his team of subcontractors were terrible. Run before you waste any of your precious money on this company.

We needed it to be done in a manner that met our high standards and done in a reasonable amount a time as a member of our household is disabled and we wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. From start to finish, we were impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to getting every aspect of the project just right even when initial work did not come out just right. They took our requirements and turned them into reality, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Not only is the finished space beautiful and exactly what we envisioned, but the ICO team was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process--keeping things clean, communicating clearly, and staying on track. My mother is pleased and relieved. We are absolutely thrilled with our remodeled home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch work. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
