If there is any concerns addressed they do their best to resolve it. When greeting on phone, I believe they should say their name first so It sounds more welcoming. And not so stiff sounding. Especially, since the person on the other end of phone probably doesn't know how sweet the office Staff are.

I have never more happy about a decision I've made. Not only has she drastically improved in just two years, getting a title, scholarships and awards to boot. But, more importantly we've found a new incredible family. These kids and parents all truly care about each other and it's so beautiful. No drama just unbelievable support and great vibes. The teachers are the most amazing humans who truly care about your kid and have a great balance of cheering them on and guiding them to their best potential. I adore every single one of them. They have given my daughter (and I) so much love and support that I'm forever grateful for. I also take their adult classes which has been the most amazing experience for me as well. Yes, it's great fitness and fun. But it has also honestly been such a light in my life on my darkest days and been so great for my mental health. She is always so helpful and responsive, patiently answering parent questions and making sure everything runs smoothly. The school also hosts two recitals each year, and they are always impressively well organized. There's a big developmental jump between new walkers and 2-3-year-olds and while our teacher did a wonderful job trying to engage everyone In our class, the younger children understandably needed more support, which made it harder for the older toddlers to stay engaged. I'm hoping maybe smaller or more age-specific grouping in the future, if possible, would help create a calmer, more focused environment for the kids. Also, the routines started to feel a bit repetitive for the older toddlers, which I suppose is understandable, but there was less enthusiasm to participate with my almost 3 year old as our class became a majority of younger babies.

I started learning dance with Ceech with very little dance experience. I've taken a few dance…read moreclasses elsewhere but with Ceech, the learning experience has been more rewarding. He focuses on making your foundational skills more solid. For a beginner, it's easy to rush to look cool but with Ceech, a lot of patience is involved from him into making a move really solid. This is exactly what I'm looking for from my dance coach -grounding the basic moves really well. In helping his students get to a move, I appreciate the progressive approach he takes into getting to the final move. Not only does Ceech break it down into smaller and easier steps, he also improvises progressive steps that starts from the easier moves that leads to the more complicated moves and eventually to the move we're trying to nail down. He does this based on what he observes real time about your situation and your current dance skills so I actually end up learning the move faster than if I were to just practice the harder move 10,000 times. I also appreciate Ceech's knowledge in dance in general. I also share my experience from my other dance classes with him and sometimes we talk about moves from my other classes as well. You can also learn a lot about the history of hip hop from him, for those who are interested. So far, I've had about 6-7 lessons with Ceech but I do see myself learning from him long term. Highly recommend Ceech to anyone who's looking to get serious about hip hop.

We enjoyed the afternoon showing of Little Shop of Horrors, starring the "Feed Me" cast at the…read moreSunnyvale Community Center theater this past Sunday. There was a line outside as they didn't begin admitting attendees until 5-10 minutes before showtime. And the show didn't start on time, rather 15 minutes after the listed time on the tickets. Then a 20-minute intermission an hour into the program. The cute sets on stage and cozy auditorium setting created an intimate environment ideal for this entertaining musical production. Just a single level of auditorium seating made up of standard folding seats, which were comfy enough, provided great views from anywhere. The sound and lighting in the theater were excellent too. Good quality, placement, and output, allowing for an enjoyable experience the audience could appreciate. No photography was allowed during the performance. The concessions stand offered chips, candy, wine, and beer including four types of the belgium voodoo ranger brand. We got the danger beach IPA, along with a glass of the cabernet which was served in a plastic cup with a lid, and we were able to bring our drinks to our seats in the auditorium. We had a positive experience overall.

Had been warned by friends who were incredulous in December when they attended Little Shop - that…read morethe Ladies Room RAN OUT OF TOILET PAPER and they went to staff to let them know/complain and staff shrugged shoulders and were of no help. Saw Sister Act last month. In line for Ladies Room one woman had toilet paper in hand as she'd been warned. Luckily my pal and I brought our own as well. Sure enough, the ONE STALL that was in operation was out of toilet paper. Maybe that stall is inoperable because women were using paper towel instead of what should be provided!!!? SO the 2 times my friend attended productions there - no TP! Can the center please keep this product available for replenishing during the run of their shows??? Show darling, seats uncomfortable.
