The staff seemed very unprofessional, with a sarcastic young man at the counter who in my view was incompetent, discourteous and extremely disrespectful. While I was explaining my concerns he had a snide grin on his face, as if my problem was somehow amusing. Extremely bad service with no customer service what so ever. Would not recommend!!! Good advice, always check companies out before you hand over your property, make sure they're certified and registered companies.

My only complaint is that they didn't replace the battery too as I had asked originally, but thats something that even I can do. What really made me a fan of these guys is that when I couldn't get my laptop to connect to my home network again, one of their guys (Rathnam) actually came out to my apartment and fixed it in about 30 minutes. I'm super happy with the service and blown away that they would actually make a home visit. Their fee for fixing my computer was also very reasonably, couldn't be happier!

They replaced battery and when they went to hand the phone back to me it wouldn't charge. Asked them to instead replace the micro USB port. They did. Two days later. I went back to collect. Now my back cover was broken (they replaced free of charge) and they chipped the frame to remove the back cover (they tried to cover this up rather than owning up to it). They tried to explain that I should trust them and that the phone would charge even though I wouldn't see the charging icon any more. I take the phone home to test it. It doesn't charge and the phone speakers no longer work. They basically don't know what they are doing and broke other things trying to fix the original problem. Avoid at all costs.
