Sometimes they leave it on the porch sometimes on a rock by the driveway. Sometimes I actually get the items sometimes they are missing! Last week I had more items missing than I received.. oh and yes, I was charged! Now when I go to place an order thinking ok I have better luck picking up so I'll just do that going forward.. well... nope They won't even accept an order saying I have too many "returns." Well you know what..
