So I ordered curbside pickup. I ordered the family pack T-bone which is on sale. When I got home I noticed I received New York steaks labeled T-bone. So I took them back thinking it was mislabeled. No, they are out of T-bone so they just used New York and labeled them T-bone!! So I went to get a refund, and I didn't have my bank card. Went to go get a meatloaf dinner that they advertise for 8oz. of meatloaf but the lady at the deli only trying to give only one peice which is only 4oz when I told her to weigh it was only 4oz. I told her it takes two pieces to make 8oz. she called another lady up there and I told her what was going on she tried to call someone on the radio but no one came so she goes up front and came back and gave me a 1/2 piece more I asked her to weigh it and was only 6oz. when I went to check out I told a lady manger so she went to get the man manger he told me that one piece was 8oz so I said let's go see when he weighs one it was 4oz so then he showed her how to use the scale Michael back there one day had to ask his phone how many oz. were in a pound that was another time read more

This is a wonderful store to shop in, the store is always clean and the employees are the best, they are helpful and friendly, the selection of items is always great, this is an all around great store, I've never been in a bad Brookshires, but this one stands out as a great store, I value customer service in a business and Brookshires never disappoints. This store used to be really nice when Mr. Beech was the manager. Nowadays, employees are rude, unfriendly & can't wait to get back to their conversations with fellow employees. And the Brookshire card has pretty much become useless because it takes very little off the cost compared to not using one. Now the pharmacy is AMAZING! These guys are so friendly & helpful despite being super busy and having very little space to work in. Especially Nichole & Anne, my two favorites. They are a great asset to the pharmacy. I can't thank you enough for the great job on the cakes and sandwich trays. The employees were professional and kind. The food was amazing. The tiered cake was the highlight. We received so many compliments on how beautiful and delicious it was. People couldn't believe it was Brookshires. I told them they were missing the best kept secret in canton. The bakery here is above average for what you would expect from a "grocery store". Picked up a preordered cake for my daughters 21st birthday chocolate cake layered butter cream with whipped topping and chocolate covered strawberries.... we received so many compliments .... it was FABULOUS thank you for an awesome job read more

Newer store built not too long ago. It's really clean and big inside. This store has more items in stock than other Brookshire groceries locations. Real friendly employees. Real pleasure to shop with. They have cheapest gas prices in Canton and if you use your Brookshire card rewards points (100pts) you get 10 cent of gallon of gas off up to 30 gallon per fill up. Also like all Brookshire they help you with your groceries to your car no charge (store policy not to take tip). All in all great store. Recommend A+++ read more

We stopped to get groceries just as they were closing. We had mistaken their closing time by an hour! We ended up getting two buggies worth of groceries due to just coming back from vacation.
