    Warning Long Rant…read more Helpful tips to retailers: If you feel it is A MUST to discuss your customers ALWAYS and I DO mean ALWAYS make Certain that the customer is out of ear shot. Be it an in person sale or not. Boy was I beyond excited to find this place in Sulphur Springs that sold the brand of Shoes my podiatrist recommended. Which will be yet another adjustment to leaving city life. I digress. I was planning on becoming a regular customer and bringing others with me. WELP let's just say that Not only do I refuse to dart their doors ever again..But they will NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OF MINE. I purchased a pair of shoes during my initial visit in February and ordered 2 additional pair. They don't normally carry my size so these were special order...how I wished I had paid in advance. As agreed I received a call sometime ago to inform me that my special order had arrived. I told them that I had some issues going on and they were free to put them back in inventory if necessary. Only to be reminded that they were special order. ...when I say I have had somethings going on that is putting it mildly. Nevertheless I recognize that this was a special order and I needed to rectify this issue but between: 1.Michael's emergency surgery 4 days after the visit. Which included a 7 day hospital stay and all that continues to go with it. Our 2 week trip turned into a 3 months stay and an altered way of life! 2.Trying to wrap my head around losing my Aunt Doris Goynes-randle 3.Planning a wedding; 4.Selling a house and packing up 23 years of living: 5.Searching for a new Home; and 5. Suffering a herendous fall Face first in the driveway--- Drive Way 1 Schnina 0 = 4 chipped teeth, 1 black eye.... half of my face skinned like freshly killed rabbit. PURCHASING THESE SHOES HAS BEEN THE LAST THING ON MY MIND! So fast forward to today when Ms Judy Massey Payne Mills calls me to follow up on the order and I eagerly pay by phone ( I know this is not a safe practice but I felt so bad for this sale lingering on). I ask her to ship them to my parents address as we are in transition; thanked her for her patience and we concluded the call. Unbeknownst to Judy the store phone rings me back. I say hello a couple of times with no response. Judy is holding a conversation about me!!!! So I listen. I STILL AM Not CLEAR as to what MY SIZE or my travel schedule had to do with my purchasing power. Last I checked Money and physical stature were in no way sonomous. Needless to say I called Judy( mind you she could join me in doing some push backs from the table herself) back to inform her that she had been overheard. I then called back to inform the owner Emma Owens of my offense and to also inform her that her staff Judy had now cost her a number of customers. Emma haphazardly apologized and then asked WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ..DO YOU WANT THE SHOES OR NOT? WITHOUT QUESTION THERE IS STILL STEAM COMING OUT OF MY EARS!! CUSTOMER SERVICE and Courtesy are PARAMOUNT in my spending choices. The SHOE INN, ETC this was NO BUENO.... YOUR INSULTED PATRON SCHNINA REED!!
