The low stress environment created by the owner makes it a relaxing and friendly space for your male grooming. I asked for a medium fade and ended up with a much higher fade than requested. On top of that, my eyebrows were shaved down way shorter than I wanted without really checking first. I've also been nicked by the clippers on two separate visits, which is concerning. After this last experience, the overall care and attention felt very off to me, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with the service. I normally try to be understanding, but this experience crossed the line for me. I hope they improve communication and professionalism moving forward.
