Heather is hands down the best barber iv been to in years! As soon as I walked in she greeted me and offered me a cold beverage. After sitting down I check out the custom menu board/price list while she inquired specifics on how I wanted my hair cut. My haircut and beard trim came out exactly how I wanted! It was my first time getting a hot towel and straight razor shave on the neck and cheeks and it was awesome! Make an appointment, no wait to get in or rush to get out. I have been going to Heather for about 5 years now. As far as I'm concerned she is the only barber I'll ever see. I'm beyond happy when I leave, she really takes the time to listen and understand what your after and she goes above and beyond to make you happy. I've changed my hair style a few times and she helps me through it and does an absolutely amazing job, I've grown a massive beard and she's kept me from looking homeless (at least that's what my family says). When they leave I usually give it another try or two and without fail I get a bad haircut and shave my head for months or even years until my wife asks me to grow my hair back. Which just happened again. So I grew my hair back and went to this sports clips as a bad experience in Simi and Moorpark years ago made me hesitant to return. This is also on my way home from work. First haircut since growing it back no issues it was ok more of a clean up job. Second one went ok as well nothing special but nothing bad. Third was so bad I went home and grabbed my shaver and my wife asked me to go back and see if they could fix it because I had just grown it back out after 2 years of shaving it. I went back and Roxy tried her hardest to fix what another lady had done and she did a darn good job. If what she did had been my original cut I wouldn't have given shaving my head a second thought. Fast forward to this week. I went to check in online and she was not available. So I didn't go. I checked back again and she was there. I checked in and she pulled me back and honestly gave me such an amazing haircut that I am so happy I went back to give them a second chance. It really feels like this might be the best haircut I've ever gotten. I'm that happy with it. Thank you Roxy! You saved my hair last month and this month you gave me a haircut I'm so pleased with. I will see you and only you again next month and continue to do so.

Update: Owner called me and said they are still working out the online reservation issues. Said if I came back they would get me right in. Turned around and walked in at 11:58am. Asked me if it was ok if they did a walk-in before me? Thought that was weird but said ok. Finally got in the barber chair and asked for a head shave and beard trim. Specifically asked to leave my handlebar mustache alone because if you trim it I lose the ability to style it how I like. Mustache was butchered and barber cut me with the single blade razor. A few walk-ins were coming in and it felt like he was rushing at the end when I got cut.
