I asked for a medium fade and ended up with a much higher fade than requested. On top of that, my eyebrows were shaved down way shorter than I wanted without really checking first. I've also been nicked by the clippers on two separate visits, which is concerning. After this last experience, the overall care and attention felt very off to me, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with the service.
