He gave me the number to contact them and nobody ever answered. Then he said he would give me a few months free to offset the price difference and it never materialized. When I got charged double again the next month he said he was "waiting approval" for the free months. It's just not worth dealing with and being stolen from when nobody can help you, so I cancelled my credit card. This is a warning to everyone - the manager is a good guy and yet he is powerless to stop the company from stealing your money. *update* as of May 21 they are still somehow charging me so I had to call my bank again. We reviewed the charges together and I feel stupid - they've been charging me double, sometimes quadruple, THE ENTIRE TIME!! Check your statements people, they're stealing from us!

Always clean, in good condition, and normally people have been great at sharing during busier times! Hot tub is great with plenty of space! I also like the warmer pool which is wonderful on my joints and not as hot as the hot tub. Perfect balance and lots of space for all ages. The lifeguards have always been great and make sure kids are safe and have the right wristbands based on their swimming abilities. Lots of workout equipment, all in good condition! Definitely not substandard equipment. I've never seen all the treadmills in use, and half of them aren't closed all the time like other places. The only machines I wish they would add are SkiErg machines! I appreciate the weights and how nice the other people at the gym have been. Very supportive and patient! I have not used a trainer yet but am considering it! The utilities have always been clean. Sure. The showers need a little extra clean, but nothing super gross or black moldy. I do wish they had dressing rooms separate from the showers, but I'll survive! My favorite thing is the staff. SUPER FRIENDLY, each and every one, and that's very special. Always greeted when I come in and always a farewell on my way out. Fabulous staff! We also can't wait to go out to the outdoor poor soon!

Teachers are available if I have questions. There is a plethora of classes! Even Qi gong- theres exercise dance, yoga, senior fit, strengthening, weight lifting yoga etc A lot of seniors are here and Im loving making new friends with active people my age. Ive been a member for only two months and my body definately stronger and Im sleeping better. I now have days when I feel fantastic and not just okay. I make it a point to go work out 3-4 times a week. Also theres a basketball court and other games. Im so glad I joined! Thank you YMCA staff- keep up the good work!

There are so many amenities...snack shop, free towels, hydro massage chairs, Normatek compression boots, cold therapy chairs, pool, and real massages. The cycle class by dynamic instructor David Garza was quite a workout! It was only 30 minutes long but energy packed! I was familiar with the Soul Cycle type classes, which include push-ups while cycling. But this class introduced dance style moves, such as swaying hips. It was a real dance party! I was exhausted but feeling great afterwards. We partook of the Normatek compression boots, which were good therapy for my recently injured knee. The hydro massage chairs were taken, so we skipped that. All in all, this high end gym was a great experience. I would join, except my insurance does not cover the gym because it is considered "premium."

I'm so over the spa here / they never have an esthetician available and charge $95 for a 30 min massage which is expensive by any means and the front desk manager is a bitch!

She used to work out at this same gym during my karate classes as a kid. For 6 months this place became where I worked through a lot of stuff that had been buried. Got to know the owners, the regulars, and just overall cool people that go there. Everyone I met there is super respectful and the place goes back a long ways. I've since moved back to Austin and graduated but I owe a lot to this gym and the people in it. Shout out to Bobby for always taking the time to have a talk with me.
