They do have a strict on-time policy because it takes a few minutes to instruct the movements. Class structure is five stations and you rotate to each station based on # of sets and time. At each station there are different levels of RPE. Depending on the day, you can decide how heavy or light you want to go. Bathrooms and showers are also a part of the amenity here at the gym.
