Not a drinker (you're in the wrong place, ha!), no problem, as they have non alcohol beverages / mixers as well as Mocktails! I ordered their Florida Gold Rum ($12.00). It's a rum that's aged 5 years in bourbon barrels and finished in a sherry cask barrel. It's balanced with notes of raisins, cooked bananas, caramelized fruit, along with oak derived vanilla. (43% ALC/VOL) I enjoyed my drink. It was good and had quite the kick to it. The inside is inviting and comfortable and the patrons and employees are nice and conversational. In all of them, you can tell that he uses real ingredients and a lot of care to make sure it tastes the best that it can. The distillery is in a warehouse, so it's a little hard to find. But if you call him, he is very thorough with his directions and will wait a little to make sure everyone gets to participate. Parking wasn't an issue when we went because there are spots right in front of the warehouse.
