I was super excited at their Mezcal choices and ended up buying some of that too after the woman working gave me a sample of one of them. It was pretty smooth tasting Mezcal that was easy to drink on its own. They also have all the staples and prices are competitive or better than what I've seen at some of the other hole-in-the-wall places which jack up the prices for some reason. I kinda miss Pennsylvania where the prices are regulated. I'll be sure to stop in here more often as the entrance is in the same parking lot as Publix which is my hometown store. For me, the prices and staff make this a 5-star stop for me.

There used to be an older gentleman here that was absolutely fantastic. He is no longer here and honestly the store has gone downhill since his departure. Service is not always terrible, but it is inconsistent. There are a few people here that are simply outright rude and borderline obnoxious. You just can't avoid them. Made worse by the fact that nearly all the highly sought after brands I want to buy are usually marked up to secondary prices and unreasonably expensive compared to MSRP. There are a lot of big spenders that will pay $90 for a $23 bottle, and they make it harder for people like me that will not and have to bargain shop. At a big box liquor store? No thanks. Take your greed to Georgia or somewhere else. Enter Knightly. I walked in, and within thirty seconds, the manager let me know he knew his craft. He asked what I normally drank, made several comparisons and suggestions, and generally made sure that they had everything I wanted. Being closer to my house, local, and not a chain REALLY made it easy to shop here. I like to support smaller stores, cultivate relationships, and help people that help me. It relates to the price displayed on the shelf NOT matching the price that rings up on the register at checkout. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. Although ABC is my go-to wine and liquor shop, I've experienced (like today) a pricing error on my purchase. You really need to check and CONFIRM the price that is computerized into the register at checkout is the same as the actual displayed price advertised on the shelf. I found the register overcharged me $3 (plus tax) once I checked the receipt. The shelf priced displayed a price of $59.99 (discounted $10) for a final price of $49.99. The register charged $52.99. (See copies of receipts.) I brought this error up to cashier, who went to get the displayed price tag from the shelf. He checked it to the bar code on the tag and it rang up $52.99 rather than the displayed price of $49.99. The manager had to come over and sort this out, subsequently removing the displayed price tag from the shelf. I received my $3 (plus tax) refund, but imagine if I did not check the receipt and walked out? As stated previously, this has happened to me before. Corporate needs to assure each store's displayed sales price is the price in their register computer. Otherwise, the customer is short-changed in the process.
