10/10. Charles and Jay were amazing. Best customer service ever. Will definitely be back solely just from these two alone.

I started using AW Auto Repair about 18 months ago on the recommendation of a friend who takes all…read moreof his vehicles -- both business and personal -- there. Michelle and Rick and Jim could not be any nicer, competent and agreeable. I'll admit that I am kind of a high maintenance customer, calling repeatedly to check the status, costs, etc., but they never make me feel like a nuisance! My most recent with them came experience on 1/10/15, I had been having trouble with my car for a few months -- unreliable heat, some shakiness on acceleration, etc. but on this day, I was on my way to the store early morning when my car started smoking from every orifice -- hood, tail, smoke even coming in to the car. Temperature gage shot way up to red, heater started blowing ice cold air and the windows were covered in a layer of frost. Re-routed to go straight to AW! When they tried to start my car and bring it in to the shop to take a look, it would not even start. At this point, I cleaned out the car (2005, 120K mile Honda) and made arrangements to borrow a car from my parents until I could go out and get a new one. Figured Michelle would be calling me with an astronomical repair cost and I would just take whatever I could get for parts. THREE DAYS LATER I picked up my car -- paid the $300 needed to replace a part and happily drove off in a vehicle that was driving like a new car! These guys are seriously top-notch!

I recently went to Casey Automotive to get my car's breaks replaced. My husband often gets his car…read moreserviced here, but I was equally blown away! With a job that sometimes has me traveling around the burbs, my breaks were in need of replacement. I called in the morning and they were able to fit my car in and finish it same day! We had a $120 off coupon that expired end of Feb but they still acknowledged it. It was easy for them to send me an estimate to my phone, texts when my car was ready for pick up, and allowed payment via text link or in person. Will was very professional and nice during the whole experience! They are ASE Certified and a AAA Approved Repair Vendor. Tip: Casey Automotive is one of the few in Illinois to receive the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence! Their mechanics are top notch so you can trust them when in need of car servicing!

These guys do good and honest work for a pretty decent price. A couple of minor gripes…read more.. 1. I was told first come, first serve in the mornings. I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.
