The first time was last spring (2025) to get a 305/30R19 Bridgestone Potenza RE-71RS (a particularly difficult tire) mounted on a 10.5" wheel after the first shop I took it to was only able to mount three of them but could not get the last one to seat. Discount Tire got the job done with no issues. The first shop had also done significant damage to the finish of my wheels in their efforts. I was already aware of this when I brought it in to Discount but Evan, the manager, still made sure to bring me back to show me and talk a little bit of shop about proper equipment and technique, etc. Second visit was for new tires on the Explorer before a cross country trip after a last minute decision that I didn't feel comfortable leaving with what little tread was left on those tires. These guys were able to get me taken care of same day. Trip was delayed a day, but that's on me for not taking care of it beforehand. Most recently was to get a set of the new Bridgestone RE-71RZs (305/30R19 again) on a brand new set of forged wheels. Evan took care of the job personally with the appropriate diligence which resulted in no damage to my wheels. Communication was, again, on point when he brought me back to show me a slight manufacturer defect in the finish on one wheel, which I had initially missed on my first inspection when I took delivery of the wheels. He also let me know he was only able to get one of the wheels balanced down to 26 lbs on road force, which is their threshold for what is acceptable. He notified me if the car has a vibration issue then I'll need to have the tire replaced under warranty. I am happy to say that I got them put on the car yesterday and, after a test drive, there is no noticeable vibration at all. Good to go! I highly recommend this place and I will not be going anywhere else for as long as I remain in the Wiregrass area.
