My son had just got home from Mississippi State... (1,100 miles away). Must of picked up something on the way home. Went out the next morning and the front tire was flat. Unfortunately we had wheel locks on the car and the key to unlock them was damaged. Acura was the only one that could take the tire off. We had two choices ... Flatbed the car to Acura or try to take it to Mavis (2 miles away) and have them put a temporary plug on the tire so we could limp it to the dealership. So we pumped up the tire and crossed our fingers that Mavis could help. When we got there they were busy, but Anthony ran out... accessed the problem and had one of his guys plug the tire..... NO CHARGE!!! Anthony told us we were loyal customers and was happy to help. We were back on our way in less than 5 minutes and were able to get the car to Acura safely. We told Acura we wanted all the tire locks removed and we did not want our son to have to go through this again while he was away at college. Acura, deleted the wheel locks as instructed and we brought the car home yesterday. Can't say enough about Anthony and his team!!!! As a result of his kindness and dedication to his customers......We will be scheduling an appointment with Anthony next week to have 4 new tires installed. I had a great experience, everyone was extremely helpful and informative, the store and shop was very well maintained. I got 4 tires installed and balanced and it only took like a hour and a half and they didn't even have the tires on hand, I was extremely impressed and they finished much quicker than I expected. I had some work done at a local shop on my suspension and brakes. The work was not done correctly and I found myself having to replace pads and rotors.
