This one is clean, well organized and well maintained. Compared to the ones in Owasso and Tulsa, this one had an almost 'upscale' vibe to it. Can't believe I actually said that, but it's true. People were friendly, shelves were well stocked with everything. It looked like a model store or something. If Tulsa Walmarts were like this one, I might actually not mind going more often.

I had a major complaint 6 years ago to which they did nothing about it. An employee was throwing change at me and basically telling me he was gonna do what he wanted and he did. I would go to other checkers and he would stop what he was doing and help sack my groceries and make snide comments about me. I talked to managers and was even called by the owner who swore he would get fired but suprise they kept him on. I stopped going in there and when I finally came back periodically the guy that was harassing me was gone but my feelings for that place did not. Why pay to shop at a place that really doesnt care for its customers. Bathrooms were horrible, they smelled and nobody was hardly ever in the post office part in the latter part days of the store. Visited on: multiple dates from 2012 to present…read more To my knowledge, this and Consumers are the only conventional dedicated grocery stores in Stillwater, and Food Pyramid is probably the most well-rounded grocery store, with the best selection of items and the most pleasant shopping environment. They tend to have better quality items (a good example is in ice cream) and the freshest produce. Their main downfall is their somewhat higher prices in comparison to Consumers and Walmart.

Almost every time I went to go down an isle there was a Walmart Personal Shopper for the online orders picking stuff up with their oversized carts. I went by their online pickup area where they bring your stuff and there was a literal Army of them with filled carts waiting to be processed and picked up. I think there were more of them than actual customers in the store ! This was on a Monday , I would hate to see how busy this store is on the weekend. That being said , I won't be stopping in this Walmart again. I will stick with Mustang or Yukon. The place was well stocked and clean , but it was just chaos. There were also several employees stocking shelves which should be done at night or early in the morning not in the middle of the day with customers trying to shop. I was in the soda aisle when the water guy came with a pallet and I had to go to the next aisle to get what I wanted because I couldn't get through the aisle to the other side. I'm sure they also have to continue stocking throughout the day with all the online orders going out , but still the major amount needs to be done when the store is not full of customers. The parking lot was clean and large for lots of customers. I did see Security patrolling the lot and didn't see any vagrants around. Access in and out of the parking lot was also good. I did buy a few items I need and some food items , but as I said the online customers can have this store. I won't return to this location.

I love what they are doing with the program to get more people eating whole, fresh foods. If you are on food stamps (SNAP) and are willing to make a small effort, one can come near to doubling your benefits. Basically every $20 spent on a daily basis for foods other than fresh produce will result in a $20 coupon for fresh produce. The key is to shop and keep you purchases as close to $20 as possible. Most cell phones include a calculator. I make of list of what I need, I check sales ads to see if anything I need is at a sale price and make my purchase, then I keep my fresh produce separate (note: packaged salads that contain cheese, nuts, dressing does not count as fresh produce) but go for all other fresh produce. And if you don't see it out, don't hesitate to ask for assistance; they get new deliveries all the time. Love the people, love having a store that offers fresh deli, local bakery, and fresh beef and dairy. And the produce is the cherry on the top of the cake! I was thrilled when I saw three children picking out what they wanted and calculating price per pound for their favorite items.
