The hamburger smells and needs to be squeezed prior to cooking due to the copious amount of blood. This butcher should be ashamed for selling and stealing as the products is worse than the dumpster behind a Wal-Mart. After purchasing this crap, we found out that the owners "allegedly" keep the best cuts from paying customers and give them to others. Having come from a ranching family, I attest that there is NO way that a whole beef only fit into two boxes. Hands down do NOT recommend this butcher. (They did not tell me this when I arrived, and had they, I wouldn't have wasted my time.) ...And I can also say that the sign out front bragging about it being a 10 minute oil change is also not correct... the car ahead of my line was more than 20 minutes to be served. I couldn't wait another 40+ minutes and left before getting anything from them, but can say I will never waste my time sitting in my car for an hour like that again.
