The initial repair person who came to see what caused the flood was the one who told me that the overflow preventer install caused the flood yet Appolo refused to reimburse me for the insurance deductible. Two years later another (different) company came for routine maintenance and showed me that the original ductwork was poorly designed because there is a rule that there should be 24 inches between secondary ducts and the end of each main line; it is clear on most online descriptions that this is ideal for maximum air flow through the system. When Appoly did the original install I had them come back because the air flow felt insufficient and they told me it was by design because the goal is to run the unit for a long time at a lower air flow for consistent temperature!!

Once removed the inside of the wall was damaged extensively-they explained everything to me & remediated the problem & were professional & very kind! They were hard workers & had to travel farther than usual for my location. The only down side for me was that they took care of the damage but did not rebuild the wall. If I were located closer to their business they would have lined that up for me as well. However I am still looking for a contractor to fix my wall! That has been a difficult task in my remote area!

The air diffuser inside the house weren't taped properly allowing dust everywhere. After they left we called and Adon the manager apologized and offered to vacuum the furniture. Angel came and vacuumed , we told him we hear rattling in the squirrel cage when the furnace turns on . Two days later a HVAC tech came out, on a Sunday and found a fistful of debris in the cage and a plastic ball in the heat exchanger . Pictures enclosed . The expensive filters we bought were clogged for a 3rd time since our duct cleaning . Adonis offered the tech fee . But we agreed the foam installed to keep dirt out of my furnace failed . Over $1k spent . A compromised furnace now . I'm a retired Codes inspector, and Carrier trained tech as well , so I know I'm going to potentially have issues going forward . Everything Piccirilli was attempting to fix was not broken. It was a simple cord that was disconnected from the thermostat. Buyer beware. These guys will try to fix what is not broken then claim what they "fixed" took care of the issue after all. Also this guy loves to take his customers to court. He is a court jockey and knows the judge.
