She pointed out that the jeans were tailored on the back pockets for more strength/stability. Sounded good, looked good, fit and felt good. BUT, First day of wearing them at my cashier job where i literally STAND all day, i noticed on my bathroom break there was already tearing near a belt loop with thin threading. (I could completely see my skin/underwear) I already had the worst thought in my mind as i looked through the crotch area of the jeans, and the threading was completely see through and worn out!! So completely embarrassing! I have only ever experienced this happening with a pair of jeggings i had and that was only after years of wearing them did they start to thin. I am genuinely surprised that these jeans were even for sale because they won't last a month and aren't salvageable at all. I called the store the next day and asked if they did returns/refunds or even partial credit, and i was just met with an instant "no" over the phone, didn't even ask me why or inquire more about it. I'm so sad because i feel like i got scammed and it kinda ruined my first visit to this place. I can't even wear the jeans i bought :(.

Kohls has a maternity section but it's for a burnt out soccer mom that only wears button down shirts with stripes! The new store is much more spacious! And it is right on state st. So it makes it much more convenient to pop in. They have parking around back. Another cool asset is the kids zone. They have a play area in the back that distract your kids for a hot minute so you can try on clothes. I am always thankful how helpful they have been with my little ones as well. That is one of the rudest things anyone has ever said to me, and I wasn't even getting in her face about the sizes - we were just having a conversation while my friend finished up in the dressing room. I'm open to shopping at any store, plus size or otherwise, but I won't step foot in Liv again. Why should I? They don't value the business of women over size 8.
