Their constantly rotating inventory means there's always something new to discover, and I often walk out with more than I intended - in the best way possible. The prices are consistently fantastic, making it a go-to spot for stretching my budget without sacrificing style or quality. The checkout process is usually efficient, and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. My only consistent complaints, however, is the state of the restrooms and that there's one cashier who is always really rude that has a ton of tattoos and piercings. Mind you, it's not professional to come to work looking all goth and emo. As far as the restrooms go, they often leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It's a minor point in the grand scheme of things, but it's definitely something that could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience. Despite the restroom issue, I highly recommend Ross for anyone looking for great deals and a fun, unpredictable shopping adventure!
